It will be Sunday. But don't expect a flee of trades to come on your way. Most of the activities will revolve around team signings RFAs.

As usual the team that rumbles will probably end up doing nothing. I have a feeling Flyers will make a trade, some reason they are always active.

With Clifford and Nolan around, and Sutter not playing one, we don't really need a heavy anymore.

Not sure about value, but one of those Sutter's the Canes have for Westy? Maybe include Loktionov and make it a bigger deal?

Neither of Pitkanen or Ruutu have what we desired. Cole became something the Habs have been looking for in a long time, a scoring power forward.

LOL, I doubt they do, as all of a sudden these right after FA opens mega deals are signed teams start to challenge. That door swings both ways.

You want Staal, get ready to overpay. Give us Skinner. You want our captain? get ready to overpay, way more needed for that. And we have no need for Skinner. SKinner is great but we are stacked in our top 6. And taking away a player like Staal from our top 4 when we are contending makes no sense at all.

Actually get the feeling Luongo will be traded within the next 2 days. Don't think the canucks will go into the season with Lou as a back up.

Nonis really belives in Lou, and if the leafs make the playoffs the city will build a statue in Roberto's honour.

Think about it, the nhl is open for trades in one hour.

I think tonight will be comparable to the NHL holiday unfreeze of trades. I think we might see some minor deals and a deal like Lou.
