Getzlaf and Perry are on contract years, thus, I expect them to be highly motivated.

Lousy odds, 7:1, but gives me motivation to follow games during this pint of a season.

Hey, if you win you can maybe buy a discounted non-personalized jersey!

TSN ranks us 22nd. I simultaneously agree and am offended.

Completely neglected the fact that last season Ducks were the only team that beat Blues in regulation when Blues scored 3 or more goals (their record was, I think, 39-1-2). That's gotta count for something, right?

Too high: Wings, Devils, Caps, Habs
Too low: Panthers, Wild

And Sabres are 12th as per that ranking, which is hilarity of the highest order.

For whatever reason I really like the Flames this year. They're my sleeper team and I think thy can make a good run in the Playoffs. With the schedule so compact teams are going to ride their starters hard. Kipper is a workhorse and could honestly play every game this season while still holding them in every one. He's a freak. Same with J-Bo; the dude just doesn't get tired. If he's playing good hockey they'll be a tough team to play. And then there's Hartley. He'll have the team ready and playing a really high intensity game. I think he'll get the most, and then some, out of all his players.

^^ the schedule is so tight so Kippper can't start all the games...not even close. This will be a season of backups to show their stuff.

How are a PK Subban-less Montreal ahead of us?

And looks like Edmonton are going from near the cellar, to playoffs thanks to Schultz (aka The Messiah)
