Actually, it looks like 10am on Monday. I wonder if that's PST, or EST though.

Anyone have recommendations on where the best value for seats are? Row 1 of the 300 level? Or Row 20+ of the lower bowl?

Going to be a hectic hockey season. Not many days off during games.

Lower Bowl you are closer to the action, which is awesome gives you more feel to the game but Upper Bowl you can see the whole game develop much better.

I've said it before, there's really no such thing as a bad seat at the Rog.

Revenge would be Toews, not Keith.

only 1 road game vs Blackhawks and Red Wings? that kind of sucks. Those are the best ones!

Games vs Division
Oilers 2 Home 3 Away
Flames 3 Home 2 Away
Wild 2 Home 2 Away
Avalanche 2 Home 2 Away

Games vs Central
Blues 2 Home 1 Away
Red Wings 2 Home 1 Away
Blackhawks 2 Home 1 Away
Predators 1 Home 2 Away
Blue Jackets 1 Home 2 Away

Games vs Pacific
Sharks 2 Home 1 Away
Coyotes 2 Home 1 Away
Ducks 2 Home 1 Away
Stars 1 Home 2 Away
Kings 1 Home 2 Away

So basically they couldn't have made the schedule more imbalanced if they tried...

Looking at the schedule we only have 4 games against the Flames/Oilers. Which means 2 home and 2 away.

We'll make it up with a cross-conference opponent to end the year.

I prefer the road games with those teams, especially the Chicago ones.

One bizarre sequence I noticed:
In Columbus on March 7th
In Minnesota on March 10th
Back in Columbus on March 12th

No, 5 against each. (Away/Home)

Wed, 23 Jan 2013 Flames Canucks
Sat, 9 Feb 2013 Flames Canucks
Sun, 3 Mar 2013 Canucks Flames
Sat, 6 Apr 2013 Flames Canucks
Wed, 10 Apr 2013 Canucks Flames

Sun, 20 Jan 2013 Oilers Canucks
Mon, 4 Feb 2013 Canucks Oilers
Sat, 30 Mar 2013 Canucks Oilers
Thu, 4 Apr 2013 Oilers Canucks
Sat, 27 Apr 2013 Canucks Oilers

Also I made a mistake, 1 home game against Sharks not 2:

Games vs Division
Oilers 2 Home 3 Away
Flames 3 Home 2 Away
Wild 2 Home 2 Away
Avalanche 2 Home 2 Away

Games vs Central
Blues 2 Home 1 Away
Red Wings 2 Home 1 Away
Blackhawks 2 Home 1 Away
Predators 1 Home 2 Away
Blue Jackets 1 Home 2 Away

Games vs Pacific
Coyotes 2 Home 1 Away
Ducks 2 Home 1 Away
Sharks 1 Home 2 Away
Stars 1 Home 2 Away
Kings 1 Home 2 Away

Definitely. I'm pretty okay with the schedule considering the circumstances.

The #Canucks play the fewest back-to-backs in the Western Conference, which is great, since they'll only be playing WC teams.

Wow do we only play central and NW teams? I swear I saw pacific teams maybe once or twice. That's a lot of travel.

Worst stretch is from March 16 to 24. 6 games in 9 night. 2 sets of 3 games in 4 nights.

Just have to qualify for the playoffs. Chicago and LA weren't much of a reward for finishing 1st overall. Without Kesler for January and part of February is going to hurt. Hopefully, the team stays focussed if a Lu deal isn't completed early in the season.

Also hope that a couple of young players develop like Kassian, Tanev, Schroeder, KConn, or whomever. Need to start seeing what Gillis' draft picks can do. Time for them to make the next level.
