Last year's games was so fun with the animosity between the fans, so I thought we should stir things up this year too.

Ottawa is one of those awful, pathetic, sucky teams that we have to beat if we want to have any chance of doing anything worthwhile this season.

6-0 Jets.

I'm going to be a **** disturber...

Hainsey get's no goals in the 6-0 win...

But 6 assists... and on the 6th one he rips his jersey off to show underneath a NHLPA jersey...

How does Kane react to that?

Well, Hainsey might as well retire right there and then, he'll NEVER have a game like that again or season totals like that again.

I think we get off to a slow start, losing this game by a 4-2 score (empty netter), and taking some time for guys to find their way. Once they do, they'll put up a string of wins.

Wow, Byfuglien's 21 shots in 3 games definitely catches the eye.

Similarly Bogo has 14 in 3.

You'd think if Ottawa was surrendering shots from the right point we'd win a little more against them.

Well it's his double hatty, so he skates around throwing money that he had tucked into his jersey at the Ottawa bench.

He dropped his moneyphone on the ice and it broke, but don't worry, MTS carries them now.

All I know is that I don't want to see another episode of Spezza making our team look dumb. I can't deny that it was a pretty sick play, but holy crap did I get tired of watching it on highlight reels.

Can't wait to get 6 first round draft picks at the deadline for that player lol

Stuart was practicing like he plays yesterday hammering guys in front of the net. Lets hope he greets Spezza extra special.

Can't wait for this!!!! Going to be a great day for hockey games.

Looking forward to seeing Jokinen and Poni. Really worried about the D without Bogo. That and Pavs. Do we see good Pavs or bad Pavs?

Also, what's the status on Antro and Burmi?

I am super pumped for this game and season to start.
Even though I have a thesis to write and am on a diet, I am drinking beer all day Saturday, haha.

Here's hoping the Jets can pull out a win. Would be sweet to see Scheifele pot a game winner.

Realistically. Jets Lose 5-4.

Buff scores 2 and is a -3. He's cheered for being great and a tremendous star for the team and worth every penny.

Hainsy plays the defensive role he's known for. Is a +2 and is ridiculed for being overpayed and/or a PA shill.

My guess is the Sens win either 3-1 or 4-2 with an empty net goal. Hope im wrong, but thats my gut feeling. Go Jets Go!

I'm in the same boat. The Sens only beat the Jets ONCE when they coexisted in the early '90s, so they were the only CDN team I didn't hate with a passion.

That being said, it's not that hard for me to say that I'd love to see Karlsson get hit by the Bogosian train at some point in the future when he's back on the ice!
