Gecko,
You can Forward to yourself, or anyone else. Have done it with Knicks, and already for Rangers (forward to myself and then download (not print) then load into SH).

right, you forward to whoever you want. The person who accepts those tickets is the name that appears on the tickets

But this this groundhog day conversation is driving me batsh** crazy. I am no longer responding to ANYTHING related to account printing / forwarding

at least. But, not all of those yankee fans can afford to go to games. Secondly, for the most part yankees tickets do not sell out, except for the most popular games. Opening day, maybe old timers day, mets, not even the Red Sox anymore. People know the can walk up and buy tickets on gameday. Plus, most people now know they can go on stubhub the day of the game and get tickets for real cheap.

Question about stub hub before game time:

A STH forwarded his tickets to me, on that web page it says tickets can't be forwarded within an hour of the game. Will I still be able to get the tickets within the hour before puck drops if I buy them on stub hub? I know this whole forwarding thing is new, just wondering if anybody knew. Seems like everything is different this year.

Yes!

When the tickets are uploaded onto StubHub, they have already been downloaded from Ticketsnow (New Rangers ticket "partner"). So the 1 hour is not a factor (is it 1 or 2 hrs?). If the STH tried to email them to you direct, within 1 hr of game there would be a problem.

If I still have tickets I want to sell last minute, I email them to myself at least 1 hr prior to game, and go through process to download PDF. Then I can forward whenever. Now if I was dishonest AND stupid (I am definitely not the former), I could forward that PDF to multiple people, and only first to game would get in.

2 DAYS before the game, sellers need to decide if they want to sell on Stubhub or sell on Ticketsnow, you can not do both. Reason is because to keep on SH that close to game, PDFs MUST be uploaded for "Instant Delivery", and once you do that they can not also be on Ticketsnow. Due to this, I would expect to see a big fluctuation in tickets around that time frame. Same number of seats, just will not be listed on both, so will seem like less. (This has been the case for a couple of years, not new with Ticketsnow).

One other things sellers will be interested in: Now, with Ticketsnow, money is directly deposited to your bank about 4-6 days after sale. With old system, you would have to request money from Ranger Account Rep. So that is an improvement!

not true, you can list on both. If they sell on TN the barcodes that you have on SH will be invalidated so you better move you a$$ and take down that listing. If they sell on SH likewise you need to hurry to take down the TN listing. If there is a conflict, TN always wins because they re-issue new barcodes so you will have some explaining to do on the phone with the stubhub rep

Hello! My first post as a HF Boards member! I am going to go to New York in April and would like to see my favorite team`s game, of course it is New York Rangers!

I would like to get 2 tickets to April 3rd Penguins-Rangers game. I prefer tickets that cost about 100 dollars or less. But if u have some more expensive tickets, I must think how much I can stretch my budget.

Fans? sure, because practically everyone's a yankees fan. Fans who go to games is a different story.

Not to mention, sitting OUTSIDE in the freezing cold in october isn't my idea of a good time. Baseball is boring to go to a live game. The only reason I'd go to a baseball game is to drink with friends on a nice day.

Someone helps me out here:

Section 104, row 18. Is this upper corner or lower corner?

Looks like upper, right?

Sold a few tix on stubhub. Went into my Rangers account and instead of transfering tix, just selected "PRINT" -- it opens a pdf that I saved to my pc and then uploaded to stubhub. This avoids anything TicketsNow related. Anyone else do this? Seems easy enough...

Yep. But StubHub takes 15% commission, which sucks.

It does suck, but I always had more success with Hub, compared to Ticket Exchange so I usually stick with Stubhub.

No and not good lol. Not many tickets are released to begin with, and a ton are eaten up by scalpers. May still get lucky, good luck.

I've sold on Ticketexchange, but it usually took many days. My tickets literally sold within 5 minutes on StubHub just now.

But there is a Social Media presale starting at 10 am. I think that you need password for that and the password is released in Facebook and Twitter? Of course you don`t password for the sale that begins at 12 am.
