It is still pretty short. I absolutely loved the game and it's my personal GotY, but the beginning makes the length really deceiving. I tried to do everything and the first two missions had a lot of side stuff to do, I think I was in 7 hours by the end of the first two missions. The remaining 7 took me a combined 5 hours or so.
Aw man. I am generally slow with most games and I love exploring and get distracted by certain features (I'm pretty sure I spent about 4 hours just randomly free running through out my AC2 play through) so I was hoping I was going to drag it out. At least it seems like a 2 or 3 time replayable game.
Thoroughly enjoying The Witcher right now. I don't think I'm quite half way through the game yet but I'm pretty damn close. I did a couple quests in Chapter 3, I know there are only 5, I just don't think I'm halfway through chapter 3 yet. It is a ton of fun and the story is great so far. Although, as sad as it is to admit, I'm glad I just figured out how alchemy works in the game.
Just started first time playing Skyrim on xbox during weekend and only stopped to watch NFL oh man whatta game! Definately would work better in PC but I guess/hope I can handle the battles with pad too. I'm taking the game really slow exploring stuff and after many hours of game I still haven't even used any magica.
Anyone pick up DmC on the PS3? Heard it runs bad but I don't want to have to plug in my 360 for one game like when Bayonetta came out.
Picked it up for PS3 today, only been able to play it for about half an hour so far. I haven't come across anything that disrupts the actual gameplay at all yet. I have noticed some frame rate drops during cut scenes every now and then. I'm hearing this for both PS3 and 360 though, but its not the sort of thing that bothers me. I've noticed the same thing on previous Ninja Theory games Enslaved and Heavenly Sword. I have noticed that the audio drops every now and then for a fraction of a second. Heard others have this problem as well, its a little annoying but I can look past it. No idea if its just a PS3 thing though or if they can maybe patch it up, or if its on my end, haven't really checked yet. That's all I've noticed to this point, nothing that's making me crazy.
And for whatever reason once I start playing a game I won't stop or change games it until it's done. This one is a grind and has slowed my gaming to almost a halt. Can't stand it for more than 30 minutes at a time.
I'm hoping it's more an indication that Assassins Creed games suck, and not the Vita. Although I'm guessing it's both.
