Not sure how you are getting screwed, though. If you find yourself paying (in all) below face value for your 15 games/year, then you are doing pretty well, as you are getting to pick just the games you want (and presumably never have to eat any tickets) and aren't paying a premium. If you find yourself paying a premium, then you should look into a partial plan (no idea what kind of discount you get, and you won't have the flexibility to pick/choose your games.
I am just saying that because of the single ticket prices, the Devils are making it very hard for non STH to go to a lot of games. But your right, luckily its not so bad because StubHub is an alternative.

Ironically, they probably drive more people to it with their single game prices. Like someone else said, they don't do enough to advertise the perks of being an sth.

Between brokers who are sths and "regular" sths who can't go to all of the game, there will always be some "deals" on the secondary market (where you can buy for well below face value).

Except for the Rangers/Flyers/Opening Day/St. Patty's day games, I'd agree with you.

Over 500 home opener tickets have moved on StubHub since last night.

Not sure if all of them sold or if sellers simply took their tickets off the board.

But that is a lot of tickets to move in less than 24 hours.

Maybe fans saw the single game prices today and then went to SH for lower prices?

Up in mine, it looked like only the first 4 games were up, then I clicked into manage tickets and they were all there. Probably just rolling out slowly but the process seems to have started.

That is an awesome price but I don't like going to games alone. Need a pal to sit next and talk to.

Its always hard to find someone that wants to go and can pay to go so I was like **** it. And I sit next to good people so its alright.

Edit: As for the price all I want back is what I paid and don't look to make a profit. However, if its a non Devils fan I don't have a problem making a small profit unless I know them.

So what reason am I supposed to enter for printing out my tickets?

-Tickets were damaged
-I left my tickets at home or work
-I lost my tickets
-Tickets were stolen

looking at the plans, they seem to confirm April 25th as fan appreciation day

I would think, since all 3 plans include opening night, that they are holding a decent amount of inventory back so look for a good amount of drops closer in to tuesday

For shats and giggles I took a look on Ticketmaster for the seats left for the Jan 25 game vs Washington.

It shows no tickets left in the entire 200 level.
That obviously is not reality.

I wonder if it's the Devils holding a ton of tickets back for some reason or a TM technical issue.

I know they always do hold tickets back in hopes of selling inventory for season or partial plans, but with the opener less than a week aways and the Caps game just over a week, it seems to me to make better sense to try to sell seats now.

If they hold back to long, you'll see a truck load of tickets suddenly appear to be available next week and there won't be enough time for them to sell.

**Plus, TM seems to add $1 to the actual prices in addition to fees, unless I am reading that wrong.

How much would each plan cost? Any ideas?

Give them a call in the morning, I have not heard anything about pricing or sections available in any of the plans.

Probably right smack in between sth price list average for all the games in the plan and single game average. Of course they don't give a total number on the site, you have to call and ask them.

For curiosity, I ran the numbers for the All-Star plan in the uppers/green section - consisting of every premier game except 4/20 against the Panthers, four more classic games and one value game. Tickets for single game purchasers would be $596 (just a shade under $46 per game), while sth's get them for $444 (just a shade over $34 a game) for those 13 games. Since all the plans are de facto half seasons this year, I'll predict it'll wind up being $40 a game for the AS plan - around $520.

That's just a measured guess for one area in one plan though.

My guess is they will have around 4 College Nights.

My prediction is:

January 31 vs NYI
February 7 vs TB
March 7 vs Buffalo
April 12 vs Ottawa

So my tickets showed up in my account, but I have no option to print them. The rep said that the first 6 or 8 games are printable only, then the rest of the games are on official ticket stock. Anyone print their tickets yet or should I call them for the 3rd time?

Also, I bought like 8 extra HO tickets for my friends.. I wouldn't let ANYONE buy them on stubhub, or the box office. the only thing that pisses me off is the 'ticket handling fee' or surcharge. I had to take the 26 dollar tickets and tack on an extra 6 bucks to make it 32 so I wouldn't eat the fee... rip off.

Did you click on manage events? I have the option to print and the option to forward after clicking on manage events from the AccountManager.

Its like a complete surprise to the Devils that the season is starting. Starting with the tickets. Of course, I blame Bettman for most of this.

Also, every other franchise seems to be giving discounts on tickets and/or merchandise, but Devils have done nothing...

wtf are you talking about, saying the Devils have done nothing

what, $22 season tickets, 1/2 off presale, monster size beverage cards, discounted partial plans are not enough for you

how about they give you a free luxury suite just for yourself - you'd still complain not enough food included

compare what the Devils give versus NYR
