Does anyone have a clip of John Scott when he was on a breakaway? That's always good for a barrel of laughs.

I can't decide what to go for:

Subaru WRX STI - To me it looks too much like a kids car and the performance exhaust doesn't exactly scream refined although I love the way the car handles and the power.

Volkswagon GTI - fun car to drive, least expensive option. Most practical.

BMW 1 series - A lot of fun, most expensive, not a lot of space inside.

BMW 3 series - Would have to go with the lower end model, more space inside.

Infiniti G37 - Good sized car, seem to be a little overpriced

OR

I could go really practical and go with:

Nissan Altima - great gas mileage, reliable

Subaru WRX Standard - Not as much power, still has AWD, would get the hatchback for the added convenience.

Anything else I should be looking at?
More practical choices:

Ford Focus ST - I've got the sedan pedestrian Focus and I can say that it handles very well, especially considering the segment. The ST version has suspension upgrades and high performance brakes so there's no reason to think it isn't a joy to drive especially with the EcoBoost.

Dodge Dart SRT - Chrysler hasn't revealed this to the public yet but it's well known to be on the way. Within the next 10-12 months it might be here. The 2.4L engine they're using they got 285 HP out of in the Caliber, so ~300HP is what one might expect in the Dart. In a compact sedan that's pretty ****ing awesome.

Waiting in the service area for my oil change to be finished. Do only old people drive Fords?

No, but lots do. It's the brand recognition. Old people don't want to drive 'foreign' cars.

Never understood that mentality. As a consumer, I'm going to buy whatever car is best for the money.

Most old people don't do research or use the internet to do comparissons. They've probably driven a few Fords before. They just stick to what they know. Loyalty in their mind equals reliability and quality even though there's no correlation.

Subarus I despise, other than the WRX/STI. Cannot stand the way most of them drive and their interiors are riddled with cheap plastics.

Just signed up at NYSC. They already signed me up for a personal free workout tonight at 6. Trying to get my money already

I'm canceling that ****, as I signed up to go to the gym with my friend, not have a trainer.

Do you guys think I'd be allowed to buy a protein shake from a different gym after I workout? There's an Equinox down the road from the NYSC and I've had one of their shakes before and really liked it. It's only a buck more than a Muscle Milk and I believe it's healthier.

Do you think I can walk in and buy a shake and walk out?

Done this before. I workout at NYSC but like the shakes from 24 Hour Fitness.

Did they look at you strangely?

I mean, my take would be, why should they care? They're making money off of you if you're buying their shake.

Hiss at them if they stare. People stare too much. It's like bro, it's life, why you staring?

But seriously, people stare too much nowadays, reflecting a sense of collective self consciousness that forces us to evaluate everyone so we know where we stand.

They are more scared of you than you are of them has never been more true.

This turned too dramatic you were only talking about buying a milk shake. I wish Canada had places that sold milkshakes.

If I remember the replay correctly, he didn't actually miss. Deflected off the goaltender's stick.

Way too dramatic. And protein shake =/= milkshake. They're nowhere near as delicious as milkshakes. Sometimes they're not even made with milk. I don't even believe in protein shakes; I only get them when I know I'm not gonna have time to eat something after a workout for a while.
