Domi has been impressive id say, so much energy i love it, he does look really small though which is just too bad... I wouldnt bet against him though he works his bag off

I would say the list of players that have been bad tonight is much shorter than the list of guys that have came out and impressed the scouts.

Zadorov would be Pietrangelo's perfect partner.

Subban isn't good and obviously wouldn't be there if his name was different

Number one will really come to preference. Franchise Dman, or Franchise Forward, you can't go wrong with either one.

If any of you guys have time (who watched the game) it would be great to hear who your 3 stars from each team would be and why?

Just throwing it out there... please haha.

Thought Martin was the best goalie out there tonight, Jarry did really well too.

ORR- Dauphin, Jones, Petan
CHERRY- Zykov, Hartman.. hmmm tough on a 3rd one... I like Morrisey's game, Nastasiuk had some good energy shifts, McKinnon and Drouin each had a couple rushes ... but nobody really stood out much on Cherry as they had trouble getting much offense.

Orr

1. Dauphin
2. Zadorov
3. Then one of Petan/Duclaire couldn't choose, they were just dynamite on a line together with Bjorkstrand

This team just stood out a lot more, hard to make a top 3. Jones, Erne, Horvat also played well.

Cherry
1. Nurse is easily #1 for Cherry for me
2. Mackinnon
3. Hartman was good early sort of disappeared late

Boy oh boy was the Jar-Dawg great in net for Team Cherry. 1st star of the game. He plays such a romantic brand of hockey. He teases the opposition with angles, and then he takes it away before you could say "Jar-Dawg!". Tremendous half game.

Erne looked like a man amongst boys out there. Domi and Horvat looked great together.

A very romantic evening of hockey that pleased all.

Probably Drouin's worst game at the Metro Centre this year. Numerous turnovers and failed deke attempts.

MacKinnon looked pretty average, showed a glimpse of his top speed at the end but played with little drive IMO.

French monarchy used it to designate the heir apparent to the French throne. It comes from the dolphin on the coat of arms of the heir apparent. It's a nickname that turned into an official title and an alternative meaning for the word.

So yes, it does mean dolphin.

Wish there was a similar scene about Hockey, but you get the point. How can you not be romantic about Hockey.

Wow the big guys were so unimpressive. I mean Jones was pretty good but I was expecting them to be great. I mean these guys are the 1, 2, and 3 best prospects in the world in a deep draft year.

Yeah... and you're analyzing one 60 minute hockey game. Remember that. You obviously don't see all 3 play regularly so you watch one game expecting greatness, well, not even the "great one" was great every game.

All 3 are very legit.
