Fleury sucks in this game, I'm really not too sure why, but I find him pretty terrible.

You should have at least pushed to get another asset from Detroit but that's just my opinion.

I'll be sure to fire 3 or 4 past him with Malkin, just to rub it in a bit

Fluery and Howard are similar kinds of players in NHL13--both can very, very good for some games, but each tends to completely **** the bed in others.

dbridge can attest to it for Howard from Sitwell. I think he had 3 shutouts, and 3 games he gave up 5+ in a seven game series.

On their games, Fleury is better than Howard, I think, and he certainly seems to sim better. But both can be pretty frustrating to use.

Someone who gets it. Its why i traded away Kari Lehtonen after a year. I knew he was going to ask for too much money and no goalie (AFAIK) can justify that cap hit.

81 ovr Bernier has been in the top tier of GAA for the past 2 seasons. Goalies are only as good as the team in front of them. Not even Lundqvist, Rinne, and Quick are immune to playing bad defense.

Yes, Bernier will let in terrible goals sometimes (looking at you there Harold) but thats the tradeoff you get for paying your goalie $3 mil/year.

I like the trade a lot. Plus it actually brings a real Penguins player BACK to the Pens lol, never thought i'd see that. Both GMs get exactly what they want.

Exactly why I traded Lindback. Both he and Helenius piss me off on occasion with bad goals, but Helenius makes $3.1mil less. I would rather allocate that money into a top 4 defenseman instead of a very slight upgrade in goal.

Yeah I've noticed he lets in some weak stuff.

He's interesting. My first year with this team (aka the 2nd year of the league) he stood on his head a ton and finished with a 1.96 GAA. Then last year he had some struggles and Helenius just took over. Lindback is the type of goalie who will stop 5 shots in a game he has no business stopping, then he'll let in two goals that should never go in. If I didn't have Helenius playing so well, I wouldn't have traded him.

Goaltenders are pretty weird in this game. In my experience Ryan Miller is probably the most inconsistent goaltender I have seen and most of the mid-tier guys are pretty solid. I haven't had any issues with Smith in the last two seasons.

Habs desperately need speedy snipers up front.

Absolutely no one is unavailable, including Price, Patches and Galchenyuk. PK would cost more than any of those as he's the one I'm least inclined to move. If you want Price I'll need a middling goalie to go with the top flight sniper.

Keep in mind those are franchise players, everyone else is also available and not 'franchise'.

Eller, Purcell, Wheeler, Cole, Gorges, Tinordi, Weber...

Kind of tired of my best players being my #1D and goalie, missing out on the fun of an elite forward.

Offer away.

Currently shopping David Rundblad, a 4.5 star, speedy 24 year old defenseman. 83 overall, 87 Acc, 87 Agil, 84 speed, and 89 slap shot and wrist shot power.

Looking for wingers to improve my forward core, but if the offer is right enough I may be interested in other pieces.

Trade Block updated: http://hfboards.hockeysfuture.com/sh...&postcount=370

It is amazing how much my roster has improved since I inherited the lineup.

Perron - weiss - stewart
Shwartz - adam - upshal
Bergenheim - goc - kopecky
Howden - richardson - jesus del rio

Johnson - kulikov
Campbell - ellerby
Teubert - greene

Markstrom
Harding

In need of a top centerman prefferably in mid 20s with 84+ overall. Gudbranson and first are on the table and so is ellerby depending on the player.
