Guys...this is not a tough concept. Players taken in the prospect draft cannot be picked up by any team other than the one that drafted them. Vankiller Whale has been kind enough to create a list, but generally speaking, if they were a 2012 draft pick it's probably a safe bet that anyone worth picking up is already owned by someone. KeslerKrony, you need to drop Yakupov (mine) and Galchenyuk (xtra's).
Yeah, Y2K is going to have to do a reversal there...players taken in this prospect draft are NOT to be taken off of the waiver wire. You'd think that it would be obvious.
I have reversed KeslerKrony's waiver acquisitions of Yakupov and Galchenyuk. As a penalty he will simply lose his waiver priority and now has the last waiver pick. In the future, people who blatantly pick up someone else's minor league player (especially the obvious ones like Yakupov, Galchenyuk, Grigorenko, etc.) will have the addition reversed, will lose their waiver priority, and will not have the players they dropped added back to their roster (effectively leaving them exposed to a waiver claim from someone else).

Is there a list that each team owns from previous seasons? I added a young player who I hope isn't owned....I would almost prefer to get rid of the prospects draft as its incredibly hard to know if these prospects are owned.

This was the very first prospect draft, so no one else has been taken.
I'm open to phasing out the prospect draft if others agree. We would still keep the minor league system for the current crop, but eliminate the picks from everyone going forward.

The prospect draft was only implemented this season, only players from this (2012) draft aren't to be picked up.
