Problem with to many rookies?

Not a keeper league also. 17 teams with 17 players each

I have Tarasenko, Granlund, Atkinson, Faulk and Hamilton

Do you think this will be a problem in such a short season? I was thinking about waiting till 1 or 2 have a hot stretch then dealing them for more proven players

Yeah that's a little much. The absolute best rookies recently have landed in the 55-65 point range, so it's not like they'll be giving you a TON of help. As it stands, Faulk and Atkinson are the only two figuring to get top line ice time (I know Atkinson is, I Faulk is playing either on the 1st or 2nd pairing but getting top line PP time.) Definitely high-risk high-reward, but I usually stay away from the majority of rookies in one-year leagues. They just don't tend to contribute that much. Especially rookie defensemen (I'm looking at you Hamilton).
