If you end up eating less calories in total by spacing them out, then isn't that the point in the end?

Yeah, the whole 'better for your metabolism' thing is a crock of ****, but if it works then it works.

Yeah, if it works that way, then it works... Just saying it doesn't keep your metabolism running throughout the day like people try to convince others.

Each serving came with 15 shrimp. After my first order, the server returned six times. The people around me told me to top. I wasn't putting on a show, but I was hungry. I also will admit to planning on being a glutton. Ate soup for lunch that day. Shrimp scampi is one of my favorite meals. An unlimited amount of them gave me a crazy amount of enjoyment. Ate the whole thing of fries, some of the biscuits they give you, and the chips with the artichoke/lobster dip appetizer.

I will destroy anyone in an eating contest. If you knew what I look like, you'd never expect it, but I have a tapeworm.

People seem to think it keeps you in an anabolic state all day. That's definitely not true. You switch between the states throughout the day.

But from my experience, I feel I've been in an anabolic state more often than on a 3 meal a day diet.

I've tried both while bulking and there's a noticeable difference between my muscular gains on the 6 meal a day diet and the 3 meal a day diet. Obviously, all of this is subjective though. What works for one may not work for another.

Yeah, that was my main point. A lot of people seem to think because of all the Yahoo articles that you'll lose pounds instantly if you eat small meals throughout the day rather than your typical 3.

Seeing a Red Wings fan reminded me of Detroit. Thinking of Detroit made me think of the gem from Scary Movie 4 below.

Yea, that's a bunch of BS.

I try and track my foods when I'm on my diets so I know I'm getting all my calories, protein, et al. It helps a ton.

I look at what I eat, very closely, but don't actually count calories of **** like that.
