As of today the Center Ice Package is available for order and officially in our system this morning. Free preview still runs through Thursday the 31st and the price will be $49.99 no matter when you sign up (no early bird pricing etc).
Edit: If any Comcasters in New England want to order the service, shoot me your info via PM and I will apply it for you. It's pretty busy today so calling in may take you awhile.

The current app in the PS store for Gamecenter is the 2011-2012 version. The updated app according to the rep I talked to last Friday would be out in a couple of days to a couple of weeks. This is consistent with quite a few people on the main board saying they were told "by" Feb 1.
EDIT, THIS JUST CAME UP WHEN I LOGGED INTO THE PS3 APP:"The New 2013 GameCenter app for your PS3 system is coming soon. The 2011-2012 version you are using will not support live games. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Disagreed. The link to join your PS3 app to your NHL Gamecentre account is bottlenecked by the fact that NHL.com doesn't have that ability built into their website for the 2013 season yet.
Hey guys, last year's Roku app required that you register a code at http://www.nhl.com/roku. This was the app that they were still providing up until a day or two ago. They now moved to a model where you login via the app itself (username and password), and there is no more registration online. Maybe they are moving to the same functionality for this year's PS3 app?
Also, I had to manually update my Roku to see the updated NHL app. The update didn't automatically push or anything. Again, this might not be applicable for the PS3 app, but figured it might be worth mentioning!
Good luck, hopefully they get their **** straightened out before 7...
From what I've read all you have to do is go to http://www.stealthy.co/ download it for whatever browser you use. And when you want to watch a game that is blackedout you turn on the proxy (set it to Europe) then let the stream load. After it's done loading turn off the proxy and the stream will be faster.
I haven't tried it, but I plan on buying Gamecenter and using this to watch the B's
