Really had the potential to be a great movie, if not for the over-dramatized scene at the end. I won't spoil it for anyone, but I loved it for the other 95%. I thought Sean William Scott did a great job of portraying exactly what an enforcer should be. The only other issue I had was with the way they made Doug Glatt seem absolutely moronic at times, like he needed a caretaker - and at other times, he felt moderately intelligent. It didn't work as well as it did in Forrest Gump.

This was my biggest issue with the movie and totally killed my enjoyment of it. I don't know if the real guy was as dimwitted, but it made me feel embarrassed like I was watching a movie that made fun of a special olympics kid.

IIRC, the Wild won't have long road streaks, though. In number of games. Maybe that balances it a bit.

I can see them surprising some people. Maybe not make it to the finals but have a good playoff. Only thing is, even with the addition of Suter, the defense looks weak though imo(but I admit, have no idea how training camp went with their defenders).
I've also heard a LA/NYR finals which would be the worst for us and our 1st round picks.
Even after all these years when I watch Washington play, I still think of Chimera as a Blue Jacket who is just playing for the Capitals. And I wasn't even that big of a fan of his.
It worked for Brendan Shanahan, and he was also the captain of the Whalers.
Of course, the biggest difference is that he actually didn't float around like the Goodyear blimp when he was on the ice.
Worked for Pronger as well but he sucked it up for a season and didn't go public(only to management). Almost won the Cup but when he didn't got his agent to the dirty work while he ran off to Mexico with his Wife. Then he got traded and went onto win the Cup.
