I sincerely hope the plan isn't to keep Gallagher up as the 13th forward.

I hope not... If he's barely going to play, I'd much rather him be playing in the AHL...

LOL, Toronto Fans are really overconfident this year.. but why not they have such a good past the last 30+ years....

one just wrote "I can't wait until the habs fans are leaving during the 2nd period"

Toronto had the worst record in the East last year after Christmas.

They add....Colton Orr to the lineup, and now they are no longer a basement dweller?

They'll be at the bottom of the standings again this year, most likely alongside the Habs.

I don't understand why Gallagher is up and not playing. Unless they are making a trade to make room for him, that doesn't make sense because they can always call him up. At his age he needs to be playing.

Looking at their lineup, Leafs are in Isles and Jets territory.

When's the last time we booed a rookie?

Not saying we aren't fickle. We are. I mean, we booed the refs in an intra-squad scrimmage. But I can't ever remember fans booing a rookie in his first game.

Wow if anyone wants a good laugh go read the leafs game day thread. Their praising guys who have been playing in the ahl and khl for their whole careers. I've never even heard of mike kostka or Komarov. Then their praise for scrivens is even more laughable.
