I was looking for a single or pair for opening night originally. Just grabbed a single from someone on here, so I'm good for now.
I was just saying last season you could always just get tickets at a decent price from the ticket exchange and only pay the $2 fee to print the tickets.
Now if you don't buy directly from someone on here you're forced to pay a middle man service charges

Another option is to list/purchase on eBay. The seller gets hit with a listing fee but other than that it's straightforward.

The fees do suck. But if I needed a ticket to the opener I wouldn't let $30 keep me away. Anyway, I don't buy or sell through any of those BS sites either.

No need to make a new post more than once every 24 hours...or even every couple days for that matter. Just edit your previous post if you've made some sales or are adjusting your prices. You're also selling above face...but that's a different issue. Not sure if the forum policy has changed on that.
The options for buying tickets this season are horrible.
TicketsNow is a joke. Both buyer and seller get screwed. A $140 listed ticket costs me $170 at checkout? gtfohea
I hate StubHub and Ticketmaster. Or anything that charges service fees, really.
TicketExchange was the best. Of course it's gone.
The fees are somewhat higher on TN (18.5%) vs TE (17%) but the main difference is that TN shows the price the seller set and then adds on the fee, while TE showed the price the seller set plus the markup on the exchange. It's worse for sellers though, since they take 10% as opposed to 5%.

See my earlier post--TE simply hid the fee from you by including it in the price--if a seller listed a ticket for $100, it showed up as $117 to the buyer.
