Seemed like forever that the Pens actually had sustained pressure for a shift. Not surprisingly it comes from Malkin line. Really showing the difference between a guy who has been playing a full season compared to just running sleepy drills at Southpointe.

Engelland always gets his shot through, and on net. Nothing fancy.

Too many drop passes to players who are moving in the opposite direction. Bad game by the top line today, especially Kunitz.

Tangradi has looked good these past couple of shifts. I don't think its a coincidence that he's been skating and moving his feet better either.

Exactly what everyone should have expected.

Exchanging periods....now a pretty even 3rd period...if the Pens can get the next goal then it's party time.

Nice slap shot by Engelland, too bad there was a line change when it happened.

I really like Nisky. He's much better player now than 2 years ago.

He hasn't looked very dynamic at all this afternoon.

Sid is rusty, no surprise. Geno was playing in the KHL for a while.

Yep. Especially by the back checkers. Need to stop looping and coasting around the bet.

I'm guessing that Flyers will pull their goalie with a minute left if they need to?

If we get to that.

It always seems like he's a little slow starting the first couple games anyhow. Not too worried.
