So my UK time experiment is over, as my training concluded Friday. However, I'm still not back on my old schedule and I'm not sure I want to return to it, to be honest. I recall now why I enjoyed being the first person up around the house -- I enjoy the quiet and can get things done.

I think your three days of wind is sending the arctic this way. Going down into the teens over the next few nights here. Highs in upper twenties/low thirties. That's damn cold for around here.

Yeah and last night was the worst. It's actually to the point that when I managed to fall back asleep earlier I actually had a dream about the damn wind.
