This is where Minnesota shuts the door and slows the game down now that they have the lead. It's going to be a scoreless and boring 3rd.

Without Varly its minimum 5 goals for Minnesota in the 2nd period, he has to get some help.

Wild feed, which I'm beginning to hate, just played a "cooking it safe" commercial. It has potential.

I'm curious for this third period. Could show us what this team is made of.

Avs are gonna need a big period from Landeskog. He's the only guy on the team who's paassion and heart rises when they're down and need a goal. Everyone else just seems to sulk.

Same old Duchene. Lots of hustle and fancy stickhandling, but won't use his linemates, and forces plays with about 2% chance of working. When is someone just gonna yell at him to quit trying to be so fancy and just play hockey?

I know a lot of you will blame Downie because he definitely deserves that. Effin *********.

But effin McGinn not scoring that wide open net is just a heartbreaker. Still a lot of hockey to be played, but I am not liking Landeskog tonight. Just floating offensively.

If it says "do not microwave", should I put it in the microwave?

So, Altitude are sticking with their super positive, ignore the negatives approach to "analysis"... That was shocking. I hope there will be something more insightful than that minute of my life I'll never get back!

Frankly, I believe the Avs look rather lifeless and without direction.

Even in the first period, I thought the first two lines failed to generate consistent offensive pressure and scoring chances. The lack of opportunities by the top two lines has been disturbing IMO.

Outside of Suter, this is not a great Minnesotta defensive core.

Well I guess that would require some coaching... Something this team is lacking for years....

Who was saying that Sacco was developping into a good coach?
You kind of jinxed it

I've seen this game way too often the past couple of years. Guess that's what you get with a young team.

This is one of Landeskog's most non-descript games going back to the beginning of the 2011-2012 season.

Man get off his back. He's working hard, and not too blame for any goals. Things like this that in the long run, ruin hockey players (Media, fans etc).
