Then Thornton jumps Lupul and kicks the **** out him
Then McQuid skates by PK and whispers somthing nasty and PK drops dead
You're not going to out tough the Bruins and because Orr caught him with a good shot last time doesn't mean he'll take Lucic again . When big men can throw them like those two can either one can land the knockout punch and one more concussion to Orr and it's over for him .

We play in the toughest division in hockey. We need having Orr in there to make sure the other teams think twice before doing something stupid to our key players. Plus the way our team is designed with pest players like Kadri, Komarov and Brown we need a legit bad ass like Orr making sure hes got there back. I wouldn't feel comfortable there with Kadri and Komarov without Orr in the lineup. Also did you not see the game tonight? Orr skating has improved BIG TIME, he handled the puck nicely and was a wrecking ball out there. What more do you want your your fourth line? Thank god we have Carlyle instead of the figure skating coach Wilson. Hockey is a mans sport bud, if you don;t like fighting then i suggest watching figure skating.
There's no use and that's the reason guys like Orr have disappeared . Teams figured out having there goons fight each other doesn't accomplish anything .
Disappeared? If anything more goons made their respective teams this year.
In addition to the usual, the new enforcers include Borderleau on the Avs, another enforcer in MacDermid in Boston, Peluso in Winnipeg, Labrie in Tampa Bay. This is off the top of my head, there are definitely more this year than prior years. Do some research...

Another guy who thinks we're going to out tought the Bruins , you guys are freaking hilarious .
The last time Orr played a full season with us with finished 29th but i guess you guys forgot about that as well .
Orr played so great tonight RC gave him a whole 4 mins .
I really hope this is just some sort of gentleman's agreement they got with Orr to help him get some exposure again so that maybe someone picks him up off waivers - he's not really gonna contribute much to the team. Steckel's no star, but at least you know he'll win you some faceoffs and is semi-solid defensively...

I bet those 4 minutes and a minus 4 really affected us being 29th in the league, If anything the 239 pims he got gave us something to cheer about in a terrible year. get over yourself.

Orr wasn't bad at all tonight. Watch the games and I bet you'll quit assuming he played poorly.
If you haven't already guessed I'm 100 percent PRO Orr being on this team

Kessel, Phaneuff and so on played a full season with us then to, should we demote them to? Umm the game had a bit of penalties if you had noticed, so that means special teams get more minutes. Dude Carlyle says we need protection for our young team, that means hes going to playing constantly. Get used to it, Orr is going to be in the lineup. My god, stop your whining, Orr is a beast!

3 of the 4 guys you mentioned didn't even dress tonight and it remains to be seen if the 4th even sticks with his team .
Also my point wasn't you didn't need tougher guys in your lineup . My point is they have to be the Thornton types that can at least play a semi regular shift to be effective .

He did nothing to help the team before and he'll do nothing to help them now .
I enjoy tough hard hitting games and if the odd fight happens during the heat of the moment then so be it . I don't enjoy staged fights between guys who don't serve any other purpose and if you enjoy that type of stuf there's always the UFC .

Toughest division in hockey full of goons, we need protection. I hear figure skating is easily accessible due to the internet these days.

Who the **** is whinning and when did Orr become the terror of the league .
Do you actually think Orr will prevent other teams from hitting because they'll be terrified of him jumping them , you guys are flipping hilarious .

LOL, you have no idea what you are talking about. Orr was voted as one of the most intimidating and toughest players in the NHL, by you know other NHL players. You;re comical for thinking other teams won't take advantage of Orr is not in the lineup. Figure skating is a wonderful sport by the way

And how many years ago was that , you're living in the past .
Grow up buddy , it's pretty obvious you never laced on a pair skates in your life .
I'd also love to know who are all these 3-4 min a night goons in our division .
I was an okay player when I played as a kid, and its pretty obvious you have no clue about hockey.
And the following players will take advantage of Orr is not in the lineup. These players are only in our division and not the entire conference. I'm sure there are more but I just cant remember now.
Lucic
Kaleta
Scott
White
Prust
Armstrong
Thorton
Mcquaid
Chara
Subban
Neil
Smith
Greening
You didn't see them run Scrivens in the first few minutes ?
I guess people see what they want to see .
Not really that bad of a run, considering Scrivens was not even knocked over completely. I'm sure If we scored a few more, Mr Orr would have paid Price a visit. Dude we play in the toughest division of hockey and need a legit tough guy. Were done

First you said goons now you make a list of people who can actually play ther game . Even the worst of the group play a semi regular shift .
Like i said before we need tougher players that can play , we don't need a 3-4 min a night enforcer and if RC wants to dress Orr then either Brown sits or he gives him more than the 4 mins he got tonight because you can't go through a whole season basically playing 3 lines especially with condensed sked like we have this year .

Orr, McClement, and Brown played pretty well tonight and have certainly earned another game. You generally limit your fourth line to just a few minutes a game (not including playoffs) so as long as they play as a high energy role and keep the opposition forwards at the neutral zone and keep up the big hits, we could have an exciting team
That look he had on his face when Brown and Prust dropped the gloves was priceless.
That's his job. If he's not doing that, then what the hell is he going to do? Absolutely nothing - which is why he will be in the lineup on Monday, and then likely pulled out of it after that.

Most coach's usually want to give your 4th line 8-10 mins a night . McClement played almost 14 min but Orr/Brown played 4 mins each and if that's all he trusts them to play then they won't be in the lineup long .
It's only the 1st game of the season so we'll see how it plays out .
