Does it work if I buy the game from Steam? Like, does SC4 support Steam Workshop?
Transportation was the one thing I never got quite working in Sim City. The game was also a horrible resource hog, and a bit buggy. It is a great game though.
You can solve a lot of the issues as far as crashing go by changing the programs processor affinity to use only one core of your cpu, and also setting the process priority to high. It helps if you have a program that can do that automatically for you whenever you run it, like RadeonPro does for me.
And I have no idea if the add ons work for the steam version of the game. Look around on the steam forums, I'm sure someone with that version has attempted to install the network addon mod.
Sherlock from BBC is on Netflix, I believe. Only like 6 episodes but each is hour-hour and a half. Very well done show. Main character is great and the guy who plays Moriarty rocks.
Seconded, probably the greatest television of the decade. You also might wanna check out Luther, it features one of The Wire's premier bad guy actor Idris Elba as a black detective, and it is a very mold breaking series for a detective show.
