Was I the only one who thought Teemu was getting visibly stressed by all the "Winnipeg" and "Is this your last season?" questions on After Hours. I don't really blame him, the implication seems clear and he's been asked about it a million times.

I'm just watching Wings - Blues during my class from last night and ... man... the Blues look good. They're dominating Detroit like they're a bubble team. Impressive.

Ok ok i know its just one game but I said it on the day he retired on this board and I will say it again today.

I know he is good but now we will find out how good Ken Holland really is because having Nic Lidstrom on your team for 19 years could make allot of GM's look sharp.

At the 10 minutes mark in the 2nd period, the shot count was 20-2 for the Blues. Not kidding.

At full time (the blues slowed down a bit in the third) it was 36-14

Blues looked unreal and Detroit looked like they were still in lockout mode.

If they were to call that consistently I wouldn't have a problem with it but it would have to be called every time. Miller was in the Blue paint and was bumped.
But they won't call it every time so questionable.

I wasn't even paying much attention to the game and I had to turn around and give full attention with this look on my face.

What channel was that Sabres-Flyers game on? I went to the Center Ice channel assigned for it and got "blackout restrictions".

Nice to be able to just sit on the couch all night tonight and watch hockey. Very interested to see the Flames and especially the Oilers. I'm hoping they just roast the Canucks!

That EDM - VAN game will definitely be interesting. Given that a large number of the Oilers top guys played together in the AHL for an extended period this year, they may come out of the gate flying.

I hope Luongo starts and they score 10 goals. I will laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh. Then people will think I am insane so I will stop laughing.

I will however still be laughing on the inside.

Yeah, the goaltending situation there is, "interesting". Loved the strombone1 tweet response to the NHL's Q about "Is everyone excited about seeing Schneider as the #1 goalie in Van?" Hahaha!

Who do you think gets the start today?

Love to see Philly start 0-2. Really hope they don't make the playoffs and Im not sure if Schenn and Couturier are ready to both be in the top six on that squad, let's hope they keep tanking and it's a good chance with Ilya in the nets.

I just hated the way they turned the first round of the playoffs last year into a circus sideshow.

I'm picking the Pens, Rangers, and NJ to come out of that division this season.
