For the next round, let's add The Mash for having the best odds to make the NHL.

Voted for Cam Talbot for keeping Hartford competitive this year. They would've been last team in the league without him. He's shown so much improvement every year of his career. To have such good stats (.915 SV%, second in the league in saves) on such an awful team is a real accomplishment. He makes occasional mistakes, but once he fixes that problem, he'll be an NHLer.

How do I add YouTube videos? I put in the embed code inside the YT brackets, but it isn't working.

Yogan. He's the last one IMO who has enough projection of scoring ability to stay considered prospect at this level. Guy like Fogarty may well eclipse, but if that happens, see it down the road, later not sooner.

As to above,
legit projects (real + borderline):
Delisle, Mashinter, Missiaen, Niemi, Parlett, Pashnin, Stajcer

Suspects
Bourque, Wilson, Zuccarello

Bourque is very, very underrated around here.

The only reason Foggy is ahead of Yogan is that people here don't understand the quality of hockey leagues. College teams are respected, but ECHL or even the AHL isn't. They are only a year apart, and yet being on the 4th line in college is seen as better than being on the 3rd line in the AHL. Do you know how bad college teams are? Almost half of their players wind up in the FHL or the SPHL, the very bottom of professional leagues, one notch above neighborhood pick-up games.

Yogan is bigger, faster, has a better shot and a higher IQ. If he played in college, he'd be easily a first liner right now, way ahead of Foggy.

Yes, he was drafted very low because of a bad year but he has a lot of talent.

Voted Shane, add Mashinter

Fogarty. Add Bourque.

Hopefully the Rangers hold on to those 3rd rounders they have this year unless it's part of a deal for a difference maker at the deadline. Could use the added prospect depth because Kreider and Hagelin will not be prospects anymore after this season.

I think the Rangers will look to sign one of those undrafted collage players at the end of the collegiate season.

Could say the same for Talbot who has become a pretty good (not great) AHL starting goaltender. If Hank or Biron went down--he'd probably get some games. He is definitely one of the Whale's most important players and has kept them in numerous games despite the leaky defense in front of him. Yogan may turn into a good pro--potential bottom line NHL player but right now his transitioning into the professional leagues has been going hard.

I'm calling this one for Foggy, who dominated this round: http://hfboards.hockeysfuture.com/sh....php?t=1329125
