If I am correct, they do Random piss test's. You get a call during the day saying it's your turn.

A lot of teams have looked that way. The Caps, Wings, Rangers, Canucks, Hurricanes and Kings all lucked rather sluggish. It's expected with such a short camp and no competitive hockey till last night.

Goaltender interference against one of the Sharks. Basically a Shark skated by Kipper and Kippers blade got tangled in the Shark players skate.
