What a back-hand but Loungo should have easily had that. He was defending it low as if Eberle had an option to center it on his fore-hand. Horribly played by Lolongo.

Eberle goes top shelf like a boss from a sick pass from Hall, sort of reminded me of the OT goal by Turris during the playoffs last year.

Eberle's backhand there was pretty ridiculous. Where are Justin Schultz's 15 points though? If they expect that kid to challenge Karlsson they have awhile to wait it looks like. No doubt he will be decent, but Karlsson's skating is hard to beat.

How does Edmonton look? I watched the Minnesota game, but had to go out after. I'm back now, but intermission. How do Yak and Schultz look?

Wow, Minny's Harding had a shutout tonight. Guy was diagnosed with MS in the Summer. What a trooper.

They've been kind of rusty so far but they seem to be working together now.

People actually expect Schultz to chase Karlsson in scoring this year? My God this forum has gotten to people.

I'm so glad Kassian is now on Vancouver. We don't have to play against him this year. =) The Canucks are going to love him.

I don't remember who it was, but some well known thing (hockey news maybe) said that Schultz would be 2nd in Dman scoring

I didn't expect them to look that rusty, considering they've been play with each other for 4 months.

People who think Schultz will challenge EK in scoring blow my mind.

I love Kassian. I'll be watching a lot of Canuck games this year just to watch him. One of my favourite players.

RNH - fired wide. 10 ft away from the goal.

cant believe the canucks are 0-5 on the powerplay against the oilers. They need to get their **** together fast, or the goalies won't matter.

In all fairness, their lines look not great. I mean, their first line is kick ass... but after that -- I was slightly unimpressed with the talent they actually have. Kesler out is a HUGE negative.

well now we get to see the kids put on their moves for goals that won't count for their stats.

Hossa is just simply amazing. Why did we ever let him go? Just does everything so right and well. Probably the smartes player in the league.
