I did Phoenix. Smith and the D doesn't look good to start off the year.

Calgary sure looked a lot better than Detroit did.

Vancouver, horrible goaltending, lackluster scoring, and no heart/grit.

Going with CGY, but our next three are:
STL
@MIN
@STL
We could easily be without a win through those 3. Then we have:
@ANA
@PHX
@LA
@SJ
@STL
If we don't win one of the next three, I am going to be very worried.

Exhibit A as to how hockey doesn't matter on ESPN:
Last night an ESPN program was discussing how the Detroit Pistons needed a hero citing the heroes on the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions and no mention of the Detroit Red Wings. All this despite the Red Wings probably being the most succesful team in Detroit right now.

I have to say Calgary. Kipper, the main reason the Flames were in striking distance of the playoffs last season, has gotten to an unimpressive start, giving up 9 goals in 2 games (although some were not his fault). The Flames look worse than they did last year.

Goaltending comment is certainly not true. Luo had 30/32 saves against the Oil on Sunday and stood on his head all game.
