Likely because it is Detroit and it is also the only US game on right now.
On a side note, NBCSN showed Columbus player introductions........

Buffalo color commentator lauding Buffalo's 3 man pk unit making a triangle.
I would like to see three players hold a shape other than a triangle.

Another penalty for Buffalo. Ott 2 for closing hand on puck

Is Detroit dominating possession? 8-0 are the shots on NHL.com.

They had two powerplays, I think.

We took a bite out of our two way game when we dealt those two, I said it at the time but people wouldn't stop riding the two players last season, Dubinsky for being snakebit offensively and Arty for not being something he isn't.
End of the day we got the best player in the deal but we paid a very fair price.

Patrick Kaleta is a dumb hockey player. tried to attack Phil Kessel of all people for bumping into Miller. negates a Buffalo Powerplay

I think the back of a man's head is a trigger for Kaleta. Goes right in for the kill every time. What a tough guy.

Anisimov... wow, looks like a completely new player. So much jump and confidence with the puck. Looking like a legit top-six offensive threat and really dangerous with the puck. Good for Arty. I like CBJ; my aunt lives in Columbus so I've been to a bunch of CBJ games over the years and own a jersey. Maybe I'll put Anisimov on it.

Arty has looked good. Hope he thrives there.
