It was 1 game.

The true sign hockey is back, people are over reacting based on the last game.

Really it would take a real good piece in an area of need to get me to trade Kulie.
Even if he never returns to form offensively he is a big defensive forward on a team with a desperate need for size and defensively responsible players.

Morrow while a very good prospect doesn't really address an are of need. Sutter who the Pens wouldnt trade is something that would interest me.

Kulemin seems to be a guy who does all the right things to earn ice time from a coach, except produce, so he's out there for more than he should be and it's usually a waste of energy and time.

Third line player, won't score 30 goals, maybe 15 with solid D.

They keep playing like this, we won't be able to give them away. Really Grabo was rewarded with a big contract for truly one good season in 10-11, Leafs are going to wear his 5.5M contract unless we can unload him. He hasn't played well since Carlyle became coach. He finished the year last year -6 with 3 pts in 10 games, and is now -2 with zero points in 2 games this year. Maybe he is a Ron and gun one trick pony?

Didn't Grabo have that amazing run of about 15 games last season and then just went right into the toilet? Still when you have a guy on the line that just can't score at all I don't understand how long the 3 of them can stay together.

That guy didn't have trouble scoring with Malkin as his Center in the KHL, perhaps Kule and Grabo are not good fits anymore and they should be separated. But don't forget Kule was hurt last year and Grabo went into the toilet too so is this a coincidence? Really when you are the highest paid fwd on the team, you should be able to play with anyone, and you are not the one that needs other players to prop you up. Something is going on with Grabo since Carlyle became his coach. 12 games at last count, 3 points and -8. Not good at all, we will see if this trend continues, the early returns are alarming.

I think everyone is overreacting after 2 games. His cycle game is insanely good and that line had some good chances tonight and ate up alot of minutes. Hes good.

Last year was a write off for him. Terrible season.

To start this season... He looks even worse. Even though he is good defensively, he's an absolute black hole offensively. Can't even make a simple breakout pass. He is the anchor on that line. Trade him while he still has some value Nonis.

It's not just his points, he's not even creating any chances. If this guy is going to play on the second line he has to produce something!

Yeah it has nothing to do with Kule's pathetic excuse for offense. FYI, anyone playing with Malkin is gonna put up points, he's kind of a big deal. It is amusing that you continue to crap on Grabo and say nothing about Kule. Another FYI, it's also harder to produce when your linemates aren't pulling their weight, kind of why they call it a TEAM game, unless of course your name is Crosby or Malkin.
