Man sitting behind the Ottawa bench looks exactly like Paul MacLean.
2 goals now for Turris.

Too good. Hopefully he's not a flash in the pan though. Although, his stats in the KHL confirm he's legit.

Cam Atkinson of the Jackets had a pretty nice goal about 5 minutes ago.

You beat me to it. You *******.
Also, is anybody else having issues with NBCSN and Center Ice working on the TV? Mine says "This channel is currently unavailable. Please try again later." or something like that.

NBCSN is fine. Haven't tried Center Ice. It was working yesterday at my house though.

Yeah, both worked at my house just fine yesterday, but now both are saying that here at my apartment. I was pretty upset today when I couldn't reward myself after doing homework for a long time today.

And yet my friend, a Blackhawks fan, won't describe it with any word other than "nice".

All Edmonton needs is four more highly-touted rookies to score their first career goals tonight and they'll have this thing tied!

Since beating us 5-1, the Florida Panthers have surrendered 8 goals in 2 games, and scored 1.
That's how bad we are.

There's a sense that the window has mostly closed. Niemi is a very mediocre goalie, Boyle is getting close to retirement age and both Thornton and Marleau are past their best days.
I think they've got another year or two as a veteran-team contender, especially if they double down at the trade deadline and bring in someone like Iginla who could tip the balance of their playoffs. But they're not the hot ticket they were a couple years ago.
