He just made a list of hockey player that he consider has superstars, not fighter, and ask if Lucic really fill the definition of a superstars. (if Lucic is a hockey superstars, who are the hockey stars ?)
Yes. He's one of the most popular players in the league; he's had had a top 10 jersey seller for several years now. Voted by his peers as the toughest player in the league and the second toughest forward to play against. Leads a Stanley Cup winning and contending team in goals the past two seasons. Best power forward in the league. Big guys who can fit and score get compared to Lucic in their draft years. He epitomizes the Bruins, a blue collared franchise that glorifies player's toughness and ability. The kid is a superstar.
There are to many guys listed as Super Stars- there are maybe a handful of Super Stars and then there are stars, very good players etc...
Chara is a star to me, Crosby is a Super Star
Chara would own this but knows pretty much nothing good will come from it (I sat a few rows from his beating of Hal Gil when he was an Islanders rookie it was downright the most scariest fight I have ever seen- and Gill was close to his size; Chara fought mean then, now its usually for some type of message)
best fighter I ever saw as a super star? Orr was pretty crazy; never really saw Howe fight...Messier was pretty tough but only remember him fighting and destroying poor Dave Silk in Edmonton
