Not really. Not in the 1st round, anyway. Burns was the only time they went way off the board, and I like the way that's turning out so far. Thelen was the only other one that might have been considered a stretch, but even he was widely considered a top 20 pick. #12 wasn't that far out of line. All the rest of our 1st rounders have been pretty reasonable picks.

not early in the first round, Burns is the only second half pick we've had and last years Kassian and Westblom not making DR look like a genius. I dont see how they could eff up the 9th pick, but 17 and 39 scare me until I see who they pick or trade for
