I always thought you could never buy hockey sense. While I still believe it....Tom Pyatt is making me a doubter. Great offensive sense on his goal, great tip.

I also bet Subban gets an offer sheet from Philly very soon. It's not just Bryz that's been brutal so far.

I hope they do. Bergevin will match and this will be over.

P.K. won't sign it. That's what he/his agent said.

Who knows there might already have been an offer sheet sent to P.K.

In other news, Pavelec is a brick wall this year. He looks so much quicker in the upper body, it's ridiculous.

Let's hope his heart condition or whatever he had is stabilized. I named him one of the steals of his draft year when he was picked. Let's hope he can materialize it.

I'll say it here first. Anyone else worried about the Flyers losing and them needing some D? With them losing games and the fact that Subban can sign an offer sheet. Anyone else frightened?

Yikes

They don't have enough cap space to sign him to anything we couldn't match easily.

Remember the days when Ryder scoring two goals in a game would stir up lots of conversation? lol.

One of my favourite wrist shots in the league. Glad he's in the West now.

Scores his first NHL goal the same day Galchenyuk does. Basically the same celebration too.

4 goals on 10 shots so far. So much for Dubnyk taking the "next step".

Oilers showing why draft picks don't win games for you.

They'll do something brash and soon. That D ain't getting it done and Timonen is getting quite old. Losing Pronger and Carle has done them in. Lots of name value but not much behind those names(Coburn, Meszaros, Grossmann). Not to mention the money these guys get. They are in trouble, imo obviously.

You'll be seeing that last save by Elliot a few times over the next 24 hours.
