I remember the Hodgson goal in the Buffalo game where Voracek was skating back and overskated then stood by at the side of the net instead of the front as Hodgson then came and tapped it in. I think that one was on the PK as well? He's not a dman so not his fault but clearly him defending isn't a strong point.
His D as a forward is pretty good... however, good as in stealing the puck and in board battles, and drawing players wide to let D get back in position. Not as a one-on-one D man, or on the point as he is likely to cheat and sneak in when he should be giving more options for the pass.
None of the goals has been on Bryz and he's arguably been our best player these few games after Giroux. Plus our backup is Michael ****ing Leighton. Between all that there's no point in pulling Bryz until we get lit up really bad or he starts letting in stinkers.
Also, sometimes you gotta just let the goalie stop the shot Timonen. Bryz had it so don't do some pseudo interference next time please.
Also, I'm not as big of a fan of Voracek as most, but I don't think anyone sees why he's on the point.not as though he has a big blast from the point.
