Let's see if Therrien applies his intensity excuse to Desharnais and Cole for next game.

Galchenyuk had a very good game. Implicated himself in the play and looked good along the boards. He also looked pretty solid in his own zone. He looked more comfortable as centre, which isn't really a surprise.

Brendan Gallagher was going to the net like he always does. He didn't look like he was playing his first game at all. Solid game from him.

Markov was just unreal tonight, as was Diaz. Both were positioned incredibly. Broke up plays, made great passes, and looked great offensively. Both were also fairly involved physically, good to see Markov play like that.

Prust is awesome. Not much more needs to said.

Prust is awesome. Don't care about his salary, he makes the team better in his own way.

Markov was just awesome. AWE-SOME. He was dominant in every aspect of the game.
me too. a quick response from White = less liberties on our team.

Baby steps.

Any improvement over the lackluster team last year is worth celebrating.

Great win by the Habs!

Yakupov just scored his first NHL goal on the PP. Funny that he and Galchenyuk score their first on the same day.

Desharnais-cole and pacio took like 7 games last year to get rolling, hopefully everyone remembers that

Yeah, Florida is better than teams think.

No Veersteg and Jovocop is similar to us with no Markov and Gionta.

Add in the 3 games in 4 nights.. and you can see why they had a poor effort.

A perfect, lightning quick PP tic-tac-toe? Yeah, it was Buillon's fault

Price is looking damn sharp.
Markov is looking damn sharp.
Diaz is going to be great.

Theres three problem, we need to find a quality place for Eller in the lineup.
We need to sign P.K.
We need to figure out that first line.

He might be in a bit over his head, but damn it, he works hard as hell. Top work ethics.
I've always like Cube. He does his job, he's relatively level-headed, and he seems like a decent person. Also, he once knocked out Darcy Tucker, and for that, he deserves our respect.

Pleks line was great and dominant. Pleks was also a defensive juggernaut. DD on the other hand looked like a boy playing among men.
