Most of the 6 weren't his fault. Their entire team has been letting SJ just walk right into the slot with ease and get wide open chances.

Much like my kitten, who just laid a softy on my girlfriend's shoes.

Like... he actually dragged them into the litter box and took a crap on them.

I just.. hm.

The Oilers have too many of the same type of forward. They better make a few deals or I don't see them making the post season.

Extremely high skill is only good if you have strength, grit, experience and WILL.

The Oilers look like they did when I watched them 3 seasons ago. They get pushed around and they can't get the puck back in their own zone. The other team just boxes them out and wears them down.

How bout the Flyers? 0-3... didn't exactly see that coming. If this keeps up I am fully expecting Ed Snider to step in here soon. Send Bryzgalov to the minors (buy him out in the summer). Trade for Luongo. Fire the coach.

Typical Ed Snider stuff.

He has no goalie to issue an offer sheet to, though. Owners and general managers really need to understand the system and the players involved before launching into stupidly long contracts.

Hmmm... speaking of offer sheets, how soon before Ed Snider puts in an offer sheet for PK Subban, Jamie Benn or Ryan O'Reilly?

The Flyers _really_ need a defenseman. Their core is horrible right now and they aren't outscoring or out-chancing their opponents like Pittsburgh is. They need to right the ship.

Riemer getting the start tonight against Pittsburgh. For the sake of my pool hopefully Malkin shells him. And I always like to see the Leafs lose. I know a few too many obnoxious Leafs fans

Looks like LA's road to a repeat just got more challenging. Losing Greene for the year really hurts.

Picking Quick in the first round in most of my pools hasn't been a solid move for the first two games. Hopefully they can pick it up but losing Greene definitely does suck.

It's only 6-12 weeks, not the whole season. Plus Greene is merely Kings version of Stuart, not a huge loss. The Mitchell injury is much worse right now, but he is expected back in next week or two.

Rough start for the Kings, but they'll bounce back.

Gomez signs in San Jose. Figured it was inevitable with him practicing there and all.

Hope Pens get a lot of a scoring out of their system tonight. Should be a good home opener.

The last thing I want is the Pens to lose to the Leafs and come out angry against us.
