"Lucic - McCormick, edge Lucic"

This must be a joke. They've fought before and Lucic would clearly kick his ass again.

Chara vs Scott - I'd honestly give Scott an edge, he seems to have superior balance. I'm a huge Z fan, but watching him fight is like watching a new born deer take its first steps.

Thornton vs Scott - Edge Scott, Thornton does really, really well against bigger guys. (Boogaard, Laraque, etc) I think Scott would take a 10 fight series 6-4, or 5-3 with a few draws.

Lucic vs McCormick - I think this is a clear win for Lucic, they "fought" before but it didn't look like McCormick wanted any and looked for a way out.

Thornton vs McCormick - Edge Thornton, i don't see him CLEARLY destroying McCormick or anything... but he's the much better fighter of the two.

Campbell vs Ott - Edge Ott, they fought before... Ott caught Campbell with a sneaky short punch causing a brutal nose bleed, and the refs came in. I think it's a fairly close series though.

McQuaid vs Kaleta - I definitely think Kaleta is underrated with the gloves off in the rare occasion he mans up. I think McQuaid takes the edge, but not by a lot.

I'm not going to get into the other players. I'm not going to sit here and bring up fights like...

Bergeron vs Vanek or Marchand vs Ennis or anything, i'm going by the most likely combatants.

Call me a homer all you want, but i truly believe Boston takes most of the fights pretty easily.

Sheppy you forgot about Horton, who seems to find a way to get into fights more easily than others ie. in skirmishes where there is lots of holding on and jostling it seems to me that Horton finds a way to be one of the guys that gets in a clean bout angry at someone

Ryan White is pretty over rated when it comes to fighting then again for the last few seasons he is basically all the candiens have had.

Would love Neil on the Bruins

I think boston and the leafs will fight alot, Leafs have plenty of tough guys now with Orr, Brown, Fraser, Phaneuf and komosarich are also not scared to drop em. There could be some good battles between these teams now.

Komisarek is Lucic's whipping boy
Horton handled Phaneuf last time they fought

only one I would really "fear" is Orr I have a new respect for him

I'd love to see Aullie vs. Lucic, Thornton, or McQuaid.

I remember that fight.... and Lucic had just come off the bench and McCormick was gassed even before it began.

Lucic still wins the fight when they're both fresh tho'.

No way Horton drops the gloves this year with his head problems... Will he?

When does this happen?

Prust and White will be ready to go Feb 2. I'd be shocked if neither fought.

You have an odd definition of the word "handled".

Lucic is 40 pounds heavier than Prust. Not fair. I wish Habs would call up some heavyweight goon just for Bruins games. If they have one. Is Schultz any good?

Anybody who thinks Scott will take Chara is in dreamland. I suspect Chara will make a point early in their 1st game to show Buffalo what a joke it is that they think can match Boston in physical play or fighting. After that, Buffalo has no one to answer for the likes of Lucic, Thornton or even mcQuaid and it's not even really debateable.
