How soft are the Oilers?

They get into a scrum and they look around to see which one of them is the enforcer.

If you guys thought Silf was unenthusiastic about his goal, Brunner did nothing after scoring. Not even an arm raise.

They're not a bunch of pansy soccer girls. They don't have to skip around like fairy boys every time they score.

Well if it didn't come with only like 4 seconds left in the game he probably would have looked a little more excited. By the time Brunner scored his team had already lost the game. A bunch of people probably missed it if they left early.

Harding was diagnosed with MS and brodeur is 96 years old. Anderson is just bald. The NHL plays favorites.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.
Duh. Brian Lee looks like a good bottom-pairing D-man in some games, but other nights he looks like he has no business being in the NHL.

Bottom-pairing tweener...

lol you're comparing meaningless goals (3 seconds left and Wings were going to lose 2-1, Silfverberg made it 4-0 with not a lot of time left) in a league/sport only popular in a small country (in terms of population) with high importance goals in the most popular sport on earth. Difference is a soccer goal can be worth several millions $$$ and an awful lot too... Hockey goals means a lot to us fans, but we're severely outnumbered by soccer fans. Do you have any idea on how much people died in soccer stadiums? This is something freak

Also, you never played soccer if you think it's easy to handle physically. You have to be an athlete and have lots of cardio. At 11 y/o, my shins were ****ed up already.

Detroit, already without Ericsson and Coliaicavo, lose Ian White to a cut in his muscle.

Quick fantasy question for Sens fans (who I trust more than main board haha)

My league counts G, A, +/-, PIM, PPG, PPP, SHP, GWG, SH% as skater stats.

Who would you rather have?
David Clarkson (G and PIM heavy
or
Letang?

Letang will rack up a good amount of penalty minutes and power play assists setting up Sid and Malkin. I'd choose him.

Probably because he was trying to figure out how Datsyuk did that.

Would not be suprised if Nicklas Lidström comes back like Scott Niedermayer

I'd be shocked if he did.

Niedermayer's situation was totally different, IMO. Much younger at the time, and it was clearly cap circumvention on the Ducks' part.
