Sign-up
-To join, message me a list of 3 teams (1-3) you'd manage
-You MUST be active to play this game
-If you are inactive you can be fired at any time

Commissioners

Salary Cap
-$70.2mil
-You have to stay under the cap at all times
-Any trades that put you over will be vetoed
-Use CapGeek to find players salaries and NTCs and NMCs

Trades
-All trades must be sent to and approved by HockeyRulez
-The league won't approve any bad trades so don't try it
-Any trade not sent in will be vetoed
-All deals involving NTCs or NMCs must be sent to and confirmed by 2 of the 3 commisioners (HR, Gabby, or D habs98) before being announced, or it will be vetoed. Include the trade and a reason why the player(s) will waive to be traded
-I will announce when trading is open
-I will also announce when the trade deadline will be

Waivers
-If you'd like to place a player on waivers, post the player name and contract in this thread
-Claiming players will be on a first come first serve basis
-Teams will have 1 day to claim a player off the wire before he clears
-Once a player is placed on waivers, he cannot be taken out until he clears
-If you claim a player and he puts you over the cap, it will be vetoed and the player will stay on waivers for the remaining time

Free Agency
-To re-sign or sign a UFA or RFA contact me
-Just because you made the first or highest offer for a free agent doesn't mean the player will sign with you

Games
-The game will be run like my other games where there is an actual regular season and playoff games leading up to the Stanley Cup
-It will be a 12-game regular season
-The results of all games are determined based on a voting system
-There are games every day and each GM sends their votes to me in a PM and I count and announce the results at the end of the night
-Not everyone plays on the same day, (it is split about half and half)
-Each team will definitely play every team in their division at least once
-I am working on a season schedule right now and will try to post it soon

Other Rules/Notes
-I will make separate threads for Rosters and Games
-Let's try to keep this as realistic as possible
-Keep track of your team and make sure to keep your roster and trade block updated
-I will update the Standings in the Games Thread daily
-If a player is out for the season due to injury, he can't be added to your roster and won't count against your cap
-We've been in a lot of GM games so we know how they work, please dont try to make any bad trades
-If you have any questions you can ask us
-Have fun and enjoy it
-If the game goes really well, I wouldn't have a problem doing more then 1 season

And hey gabby and Dhabs, ***** i was so inactive the last game i was in, but no when the NHL have started i just piss on the Elitserien who we have here in sweden and just watch NHL.

Have decided to keep it real, will make hockey deals that keep the team competitive but also give us a bright future. Am not planning on being anything like the guys in the last game, though.
