Hall + Gagner + 2013 1st rounder

before we start, i'd like to say i'm as big a Hall fan as anyone else, but i'm also a realist; we desperately need a big 2nd line center who can pivot hemsky and yakupov and strengthen our 1-2 punch down the middle. If not a 2C we also need a stud #1 defenceman (pietro, weber, doughty, etc etc..)

fire away ..

I see a 3-way possible.

Something aroud Halak, Bozak, Ryder, Kadri and two 2nds should about do it.

Kesler & Luongo?

Canucks would look like:
Sedin - Sedin - Kassian
Hall - Gagner - Burrows
Booth - Schroeder - Raymond
Higgins - Lapppy - Weise

Could flip that 1st + Schroeder for someone like Plekanec

Oilers are probably heading for another top-5 pick. Why not just wait until the summer and draft Barkov/Monahan/Lindholm?

I doubt theyll get top 5, theres worst teams than EDM.

Top 10 most likely.

Barkov ill be top 3. And hes the only one thats NHL Ready. Lindholm and Monahan are a couple years off.

The Oilers need a big centerman that can hit and bring the much needed grit.I don't believe anyone of those players bring anything more than size.

Doesnt matter. With the new draft lottery Oilers could just miss the playoffs and smiling Tambo could end up picking first overall again.

Wow.

I would think that the Oil could get quite a return for that package - Weber not unrealistic.

Actually, very unrealistic. Weber's a lifelong pred unless we get blown away with an offer.

should be able to land a pretty good center for a package like that. Maybe one of Boston's?

Tambo would be burned in the streets of Edmonton. Not in effigy, actually burned like a witch if he ever traded Hall and this years first.

There would have to be a pretty siginificant plus on either of those packages.
I would do B. Schenn + Couturier + ???

Edler + Schneider?

I'd rather have Eberle than Hall, though. The kid's a menace to society(unless he plays for us).

Subban + Eller + Weber + Kristo

You get a star D, a big body down the middle, a depth puck moving defense and a solid forward prospect
