They recalled Sneep a couple days ago.

WBS-Hershey in AHL outdoor classic tonight. For Europeans it's available on ESPN America in countries where they don't hold the NFL rights (UK and Nordic countries?).

ESPN America is using a feed from abc27, so I assume it's on there.

Gibbons just got cheap-shotted and Farnham flew in to try to get at the guy.

Uher and Oleksy fought. Uher got one in to give Oleksy a bloody nose.

I saw that they fought, I was hoping Uher did well.

Oleksy is a rat.

That call on Farnham is literally the weakest goalie interference call I've ever seen.

Oleksy was throwing most of the punches, but I don't think he landed any. Uher got him with a short one late. He only threw about two punches.

Well he does kinda suck, so it wouldn't be surprising.

I'm just shocked at the idea of Oleksy fighting a rookie. Seems pretty out of character for him.

Just watching a bit of the Winter Classic game (or whatever it's called). I know it's not the case, but the rink size looks tiny. Like, really tiny. Camera angle? Just something about the outdoor rink? Whatever the case, each zone looks about ten feet smaller than usual.

Or maybe WBS is just making the rink look like there's no room with their lack of ability to pass the puck.

The announcer originally said it was MacIntyre. I was preparing for a beat-down of epic proportions.

Yeah, the angle can play weird mind tricks.

But yeah, it is probably that second one, haha.

Highland Park Hockey ‏@H_P_Hockey
Defense pairings: Reese-Dumoulin, Mormina-Grant, Samuelsson-Morrow. Cody Wild the healthy scratch.

Highland Park Hockey ‏@H_P_Hockey
So it's Thompson-Smith-Holzapfel, then Payerl-Megna-Bennett, 3rd line Farnham-Ferriero-Gibbons, MacIntyre-Sill-Uher the 4th line. #WBSPens

I wonder where Kostopolous and Eaton fit into that mix.

I think Eaton could take Mormina's spot and Kostopolous can take MacIntyre's spot.

Holzapfel-Smith-Thompson
Payerl-Megna-Bennett
Farnham-Ferriero-Gibbons
Uher-Sill-Kostopolous

Dumoulin-Reese
Eaton-Grant
Samuelsson-Morrow
Mormina

Wild goes to Wheeling.

True, but knowing this team they will probably sit Morrow for Eaton, and Uher for Kostopolous.

Apparently Bennett left in the second with a minor injury and didn't come back, though Hynes said he was just held out for precautionary reasons. Let's hope so.

Or there's a trade brewing for one of our Dmen or prospects to move things up. Unlikely right now, but possible; and extremely curious why they would sign Eaton, unless it's purely to evaluate him in game situations as a potential #7 for the big club, if they send Despres back down, play Bortuzzo, and choose Eaton as the guy to sit in the press-box.
