That's the nice part of having prospects...you can afford spare parts for a guy like Nash.

Seems like Bob Mckenzie said on the intermission show of Penguins and Leafs that The Subban saga with the Canadians would likely end with him being traded. I haven't seen the video, but seen it on twitter.

Dubinsky/Anisimov aren't exactly nothing

Both are quality 2nd/3rd liners in NHL

Also both good defensive players ,, While Nash gives questionable effort many nights

Wow Gaborik.

It was a good game from what I saw of it. Lundqvist allows a tying goal that Bryz would get killed for but Gabby bails him out in the OT.

I don't believe it was trash talk, it was a jab at what Clarke said (stupidly), and he wasn't wrong. Then again, and somehow this is overlooked, The Flyers didn't trade Carter and Richards to the same team, you can thank Scott Howson for that gem.

In Realville, Bryzgalov cannot in any way can be referenced in the same sentenced with Lunqvist.

After Gagne was exiled, Carter traded with the contract, and Richards being thrown under the bus, I'm sure Lupul wasn't the only player who saw as the Flyers getting egg on their faces, since the same thing happened to him as did Carter. And trust me, they say they love the trades they made six ways to Sunday, but don't think Holmgren and Lavy didn't have to answer some tough questions from Big Ed. He was embarrassed, but he'll never tell you that.

Shocking. Wait, that's not the word.

Expected. Yes, that's it.

If Lupul is out long-term, does this mean that Pronger is recovering?

I'd argue Anisimov is a first liner, but I agree on Dubinsky. Plus, Columbus got two serviceable players, and they've been lacking numbers. Sure, Nash is probably better than any of the two, but I think Columbus made a great trade. No matter how good Nash is, he can't play for two at the same time. And Anisimov's ceiling is high, very high. Not to mention Dubinsky, who's also someone who wouldn't look out of place on any NHL team.

Yeah, that guy's elevator definitely doesn't go all the way up to the top.

Lundqvist hasn't been very good to start the season. You face the Rangers at a good time. Then again, not like you guys have been lighting it up either. It'll be a game of 2 struggling teams. Though the Rangers played well for the most part today.

Steve Sullivan with the hat trick for the Coyotes. Up 4-1 over CBJ. Mason in net, not Bob.
