Okay, and how was Orr's face buddy boy? Kind of dumb to say one fighter had better punches without having any quantifiable way of proving it besides facial damage.

No, you said look at Engelland's face. He had a mark under his eye. I'm pretty sure Engelland had the best punch of the fight considering Orr got rocked mid-fight.

Facial damage is irrelevant, Deryk Engelland's punches were still better quality.

Do you remember that Marty McSorley and Wendel Clark fight during the playoffs?

Don't worry, I'm sure someone will eventually knock him out and his career will be over.

AHHAHAHA Look at this guy right here...

Orr won the fight, great tilt, punches were even, but Engelland's eye was busted. So the fight goes to Orr.

I have no respect for Colton Orr. He threw a punch when John Scott was down on the ice and when Deryk Engelland was expecting the fight to end, he throws a couple of lefts. What the **** is that? At least ask him to keep going.

Ask him to keep going? When did Engelland expect the fight to end? It ends when both guys are gassed or the zebras step in. Don't be mad that Orr had more stamina to continue. Jesus, guys like Darren Langdon made a career of letting guys tire themselves out before going to work.

As for the John Scott thing, you must have no respect for fighters at all, since the vast majority have done the same thing at some point during their careers.

0:47 in the video, look at Engelland's reaction when Orr threw the lefts. Obviously he thought the fight was over (because both players looked gassed) and the refs were going to break up the fight.

Awwwwww poor Engelland mad he got punched because he let his guard down? It's a fight...if Orr wants to keep going they'll keep going.

I'm sure Orr was telling the refs he was done and then proceeded to sucker him into continuing.

If that's what you're raging about, it would be interesting reading your reaction to scraps from the 80s. I think you'd die of grief.

Well, we will see what happens this season. I want to see a fight between Steve MacIntyre and Colton Orr.

This is why I can't take you seriously.

Did I say that? I said it looked like Engelland was expecting the fight to be over because the refs were coming into the fight and Orr (at the time) looked tired. Orr should have gave told Engelland to continue fighting.

How can you have no respect for a guy who just came off massive concussion problems and then his first game back he fights a 6'8 giant in john scott. These guys have the toughest jobs in the nhl and all of them deserve to be respected. You act like every nhl fighter is perfect im sure theve all done something dirty before its part of the game.

Oh boy. I wonder if Deryk is as upset about it as you are. I'm guessing not. I don't hear anyone else complaining, sounds like you're alone.

give the edge to Engelland, if it wasn't a draw, it was a close fight though, Engelland tired more towards the end but still got more shots in that counted

Fights like this don't need a winner/loser. They're just fun to watch.

Two true heavyweights right there. Great match.

Orr early and late then Engelland landed some really nice shots in the middle. Give it a draw but that's a pretty good looking shiner Engelland has. Been really fun watching Orr so far this year, his fights get me jacked up jus watching on tv! I'm still worried Orr is going to be KTFO but so far so good
