Also, Hagelin scores a goal tonight if Rupp doesn't pull a dumbass move. Didn't affect the play at all.
thank god for terrible refs we needed the gabby hatty

Nash, MDZ and Pyatt continuing to impress. Gabby definitely the 1st star of the night.
Please Torts, break up Step and Cally. They just don't play well together.

Man oh man! Gaborik, Nash, and Richards were all over the place tonight! Keep that line together because it was sick!
Pyatt was also great again, as was Del Zotto. Much better game all around tonight, although there were some lapses. The first 10 minutes of the second we were FLAT and we cannot allow the opposition to get momentum off of our failed PPs. Other than that, great W. Had the pace of a late-season/ playoff game.

im not bashing him im just stating that he needs to get back to form if we want to be a top seed. obviously the vezina speaks for itself he is the best goalie in the world. but right now he isnt playing like the hank we all know and love

Much better game, obviously. PP still sometimes nauseating. Overall, a really stressful but exciting game.

The shot came from the right slot, most of Hagelin's chances are on the rush from the left side shooting at a bad angle.
They need to consider moving Hagelin to the RW, but they won't because of how weak we are on the left.

Rask made some huge saves in that 3rd period. That's when they called him Belfour.

Nash-Richards-Gaborik were fun to watch. 3 really great players, all of them with different skill sets.
Nash flashed some of those game breaking skills tonight. The Rangers havent had a guy like that in a long time. Sick hands for such a big man.
That top line masked some serious, serious problems with the #4-12 forwards.
Hopefully Kreider got the splinters out of his ass and made it back to the locker room.

The Redden: Flowerplay

They all looked better tonight IMO, hopefully they continue to progress and get back in form. Otherwise, I agree.

Thought Emminger played well too and Stralman had a pretty strong game, Torts needs to trust them some more
Real intense game though so I can see why Torts was shortening his bench

Agreed.
Eminger is so much better than Bickel it's not even funny. Guarantee we see him scratched for Bickel by the time Asham is back, though.

Is going to find himself replaced very shortly if this keeps up. Hope was that he would elevate his poor play from Hartford and that has not happened as of yet.
Wish Hrivik was healthy. Maybe we get a couple game look from Miller to see if they want to burn a year on him or not.

Torts already rolling 4 D-Men, no point in even dressing a 6th man.

Kreider will be alright. Kid needs to develop. Plain and simple. He needs time.
Hagelin is 3 years older.
In the meantime, they should consider demoting one of the spare defensemen (I vote for Bickel) and bring up a forward.
If Hrivik didn't have a concussion, he'd be the candidate.
Let Kreider play and learn from these guys. Would rather he shadow Nash everyday and learn from him, than anyone else in the entire organization.
