I would like to see them miss the playoffs by a point and draft in the middle of the first compared to the top

Don't want to see MacKinnon or Jones going to Detroit for sure.

The
real way to express this, if you're a true Central Division fan, is to hope that Detroit attempts (and fails) to patch things by trading its 1st round pick.

Thanks, Howson, for cleaning up MacLean's toxic waste. Welcome, Kekalainen; let's get good things built!

Horns getting some love from the TSN crew. One analyst proclaiming him as the next " Holmstrom" in terms of net presence. Hasn't done that alot recently, but I appreciate the compliment.

Smith seems to have gotten injured in the Yotes game.
Also, wow at the attendance in Phoenix, especially coming off of a Western Conference Finals appearance.

After our debacle, I am usually the last person to be calling for relocation...but I think it's time. When you can only get 8.3K at a season opener after a WCF run...

My bad, thought this was their first home game. Still, the point remains.

the last minute was amazing. I have not seen a goalie lobby to get a goal taken off the board. Amazing the linesman agreed with him.
I wonder how long before someone hits Yakupov into next week for his celebrations.

God I hate Red Wings fans. Booing a player that has no ties what so ever to their franchise because he wouldn't sign with all mighty Detroit as a free agent. Give me a freaking break. I would hate Suter a hell of a lot more if he played with Detroit though.

Capitals are 0-3-1, finally picking up their first point tonight. Yes, the Capitals team with Ovechkin and Backstrom. Things could be a lot worse, and selling everything for a top line forward won't magically fix it.
