Looks like Hartnell (foot) is done for the season, along with Steve Downie (ACL)
It doesn't say much about me as a person but my first reaction is that I'm happy that I don't have either on any of my yahoo teams.
Philly looks like they're in trouble. Their goalie is going to pay the price. Any team looking to pick up a 1st round pick from a team should look here because they might not finish as high as they think.
Rangers/Bruins was a very good game. I don't recall them ever being a "rivalry" like NBCSN was trying to promote them as.. So to start their Wednesday Rivalry Game they have Rags/Bruins and then next week Blackhawks/Wild.. WTF?
Watched a good part of the Vancouver game tonight and Zach Kassian looked like a beast out there. For those playing fantasy hockey, he was skating with the Sedins and was getting shifts with Burrows in OT.
Broken forearm? Most are still reporting DTD.... Crap he is on my fantasy league and one of my only scoring threats in a super deep league so I need him healthy. Anybody else confirm a broken forearm?

A Stars fan has posted the following Benn info, on the trade board:
Local beat writer Mike Heika says no need to panic and Razor Reaugh says Stars love Benn but its a business. These guys are organization mouthpieces but the longer it goes , they likely field calls. I think he still signs for at least 3 years but what would Benn be worth. I assume that a top dman or top prospect and top 6 player would be required. Any thoughts?
A Habs fan posted on the Trade board. Subban +3rd for Nino and Rienhart. Its an interesting proposal. I'm not sure if I would or not.
Interesting. I'd hope Snow would get permission from the Habs, to hold contract talks before completing any deal.
Bob McKenzie thinks the Habs and Subban are pretty far apart, on dollar amount and term.

"I think it's ultimately heading toward a trade," said McKenzie. "They're just too far apart on the term of the contract - P.K. wants long, the Canadiens want two years - and they're probably at least $2.5 to $3 million per year apart on where they want to be. Ultimately I think this ends up in a trade."
Wow this LA EDM game is nuts. EDM seemingly tied it at 1 with about a minute left but they goal was waived off and Yakupov just tied it with 4.7 seconds left. Amazing.
Well, I am pretty sure we all agree we would have wanted PA here on the Island. I would like to believe that in hindsight, we would have agreed to terms...I just don't think PA was in long term Islander plans, which is a little of a disappointment because he was a versatile player and improved every year he was here which is more than I can say about a few others on this team.
