Hank is one of my Fantasy goalies so its a Win-Lose for me.

Either I gain some much needed fantasy points with a Rangers win, or I can sleep well tonight following a Flyers win.

Either way I'll be pissed in the morning, but happy about something tonight.

Did we light up Boucher last season? The ex-flyer backup goalie?

With what Tortorella is doing to our lineup, you guys shouldn't worry too much. It's looking like a circus..

It's being logical. The lineup looks awful, we have a bunch of injuries, their actual play has been awful, and the Rags have the best team in the league on paper. There's no logical way that there's cause for optimism for this game.

Take it easy. None of us are on the team so it doesn't matter what we say. I'd like to win just as much as anybody but I'm not optimistic. Doesn't mean it's impossible.

Its just too much pessimism and then people start going into "Oh we need to trade this person or that person and all that."

Or fire the coach. Then again I been in that boat since he lost the team the first time. It didn't turn out that bad though since the players that didn't agree with him brought in some good players in Voracek/Simmonds/Couts/Schenn.

The Flyers can win this game though by playing tough in your face Flyer style hockey.

Some fans are frustrated and this is a message board where the pessimists, realists, optimists, or even critics like yourself exchange ideas, thoughts, bodily fluids etc...

I mean what are you surprised about and what do you want people to do when the team is 0-3 which is like being 0-7?

and if they win will you do the happy dance or the sad dance because you're a negative Nancy? I would go to a Flyers game if their entire starting lineup was hurt and they were playing the 1985 Oilers

Yep, it is what it is. When a team goes through times like this for me it is a oppurtunity to see how each individual handles it. The rags will be coming in here with the expatiations of kicking our ass. I would love nothing better than to surprise them.

a storm is brewing tonight folks. Maybe a perfect storm.

Home game
Struggling team
Facing much adversity
Playing against unbeatable rival
That rival is coming off a game yesterday an emotional high win

yes tonight is the perfect storm for a win.

I'm a believer.

dude that's business, like it or not, nothing always goes your way, sometimes you have to deal with the changes the front office makes, if you dont like it too bad, then root for another team.

another thing, this team took a step back and they are not playing well, that's reality, you have to too much high expectations for this team that's making you crazy, we dont because we know what this team is and that's on the front office, not on the fans.

Going to go down to Infinity Live for this game. First time ever going there. They put a tweet out saying text them for specials. $3 dollar domestic drafts while down there. You need to get a wristband, but no cover charge. Going to get pizza before hand, so won't be that expensive. Looking forward to it

Bullies Pub is where I will be watching the game.

Be careful, I went down for the Pens-Flyers game on Saturday and it was brutal. Nowhere to stand, lines were ridiculous and the goons were out in full force. It's really hit or miss.

I would like to see Luke Schenn assert himself physically in this game and bring harm to anyone that rushes the net.
