Yes you can see all three episodes here

http://video.citytv.com/video/detail...000/episode-1/

Let me know if it doesn't work in the USA, and there may be a second option. If you twitter you can follow ontheedge and you wil know when episodes 4-8 are being released.

They just might make the playoffs.

Wake me up when they beat the Oil Kings.

Blades take over 1st in the east over the Raiders, and now sit 2nd in the conference.

9 in a row baby!!

Any updates on Dietz and Thrower from Blades fans?

Thrower has had a pretty disappointing season statistically. If his offense isn't good enough it's tough to imagine him making an impact for the Habs down the road.

I watched an episode of On the Edge The road to the Memorial Cup tonight.

Please tell me I've got it all wrong.

I was shocked and appalled that players were being singled out like that.

Assistant David Struch was calling out players in the change room after a less than satisfactory game result. He sounded pretty harsh. Frankly sounded like a jerk calling out kids in front of the cameras. Who does he think he is? http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/p...y.php?pid=5228

There are 3 20 year olds allowed on a team but the rest would be 16-19 year olds. http://www.saskatoonblades.com/roster/index/team/22

Maybe I'm more sensitive than most but I would almost consider this child abuse. Is this really what goes on behind the scenes in Canadian Junior Hockey?

Child abuse. Really?

I'm not sure what league you are used to but sometimes tough love is part of a dressing room with elite athletes and hardly unique to junior hockey. Struch - a well respected team first player during his junior career - resorted to call out McColgan who was shown to repeatedly place himself above the team with selfish, undisciplined play. Not the first time for McColgan who can be shall we say 'mercurial'

Hate to burst your romantic notions but sometime harsh words and firm actions do happen in a sports locker room. The CHL is not for every kid but it is still the best development league in the world and this series gives an unvarnished look at molding a team, instiling team first attitude, discipline, to compete for the Memorial Cup but also the tool to follow the dream of playing pro hockey. Beyond skill and natural ability, strong character and resiliance are important.

Too sensitive. The WHL is elite hockey designed to produce players for the NHL, AHL and other pro leagues in Europe where you get paid good money to play the game. Accountability comes with that. Plus at 19, McColgan isn't a "child" and I would guarantee that he would be upset at the notion of even being considered one. Accountability is necessary in a development league such as the WHL. These kid should be able to take it, and if they can't, I'm sure there's an AJHL, BCHL, SJHL franchise that would love to have them.

Make it 15 straight wins for Saskatoon after tonight's 7-1 win over Moose Jaw. That winning streak is the longest of any WHL team this season.

Good for them.

Definitely didn't think this was possible early in the season.

Still going to be tough to get out of the east let alone win the WHL.

Playoffs should be amazing in the WHL this year.

I am a Hitmen fan. Hitmen should have won this game but Makarov was nearly unbeatable.

Regulation made save after save and then stopped all 5 in the shootout. wow.

After a poor start to the season, the Blades are the team to beat in the east right now.

Props to Saskatoon for the win streak, but most elite teams could string together a bunch of wins against teams like Regina, Moose Jaw, Brandon etc...

Blades streak is over. They blow a 4 goal lead in the 3rd and lose in overtime. Unreal.

Didn't watch, but when I checked it was 4-0. Thought they had it in the bag.

Anyone know where I can find episode 4of 'On The Edge'? I found eps 1-3 on some torrent forum.
I can't watch at sportsnet.ca, because I'm in Europe.
