For people whining about Gionta's slapshot on a two-on-one, just be happy it wasn't right in the logo, as it is usually

I'm getting the feed but it is somehow skipping frames so it looks like the game is speeded up. Pretty unwatchable.

Seriously. I haven't seen the Gallies much this period. What was their TOI?

Gameplan looks horrible. Sort of a throwback from 2010 playoffs. Block everything and shoot whenever there's even a slight opportunity. Well it's not actually horrible, but it's underdog hockey and way too early.

If he had put the shot a bit lower and knocked it off Neuvirth's right pad, the rebound likely would have landed right on Bourque's stick. Neuvirth made a smart choice to knock it down with his blocker and out of Bourque's reach.

1:54 Gally, 3:02 BGally. In fairness though, Chuckie tends to do really short shifts

Made a beauty of a pad save on a shot that was tipped.

I'm looking at the Caps and wonder what the Hell happened to the mighty Caps of a few years ago? AO can't be already washed up at this age. To think we used to fear these guys.

If they plan on keeping Galchenyuk on the roster, they better play him at least 12 minutes per game.
No point in keeping him to play him 2 ****ing minutes in a period.

Yup. Saw him leave the ice ahead of Prust and Gallagher a few times.

It's basically the same team too, and every year they get harder and harder to watch.

I hate watching how instead of passing to gally or chuckie they force it to prust ... not that they played much but there first two shifts when the gallys handled the puck it was beautiful

So it's either 10+ penalties per match or President Trophy
