Out of the two alternates my favorite is the red "butterknives". Either one though, they are both really cool. The 40th/royal blue is really creative and no team has one like it if you think about it.
I like it as well.
I have a red one with a bunch of autographs of prospects circa 2003. Pretty cool, but I wish I could tell who they all are.

I have that problem with my autographed red jersey as well...I can tell a few- Miller, Ruff, Tallinder, Gaustad...but there's a few I swear are just scribbles and almost a number and I will never know who it was.
Having met your kid before MM (although that was a couple years ago), I know that he's a well-adjusted dude and he wouldn't mess with that stuff. That's good parenting right there, just knowing he wouldn't.
Thanks. Yeah he's a pretty easy kid to handle. Very well mannered, the most trouble he gets in is for forgetting to clean his room before bed and will get along with anyone.
Parenting has a lot to do with it but he's also very mild tempered and follows direction very easily.

Yeah.
Watch.
Not interact with nor direct nor even feed them. Just watch. And talk on my phone.
Yeah.
Sounds like my sister in law. My son isn't allowed at their house anymore if we aren't there.
Last time he was there he called my wife at work crying because it was almost 4pm and they hadn't made any food yet that day. He went to make himself something and couldn't find any food that he was able of making.
She ended up having to leave work early to go get him.

I am currently in negotiations with multiple females to see whom I am most interested in pursuing a relationship. I have decided to put them through a series of tests in order to determine their worthiness.
The first? I will not text any of them, and track the order in which they text me, obviously the earlier the better.

6pm, still no new texts.
I am so glad I wasn't dating when cell phones, texting and Facebook were prevalent.

It's all detriment to finding a partner. Like, I feel like they can just...access your life and then you don't really get to connect cause they can creep on you and then you can creep on them.

I've had two friends delete their Facebook accounts in the last year due to bad breakups and other ramifications of dating crazy.

It's the worst man. Them having instant access to me is nerve wracking. "Why isn't she texting me......does she not care....is she just busy....maybe she doesn't want to talk to me but responds to be polite....is she okay...did she get in a car accident....is she too busy texting another guy?
I guess I'm more like a 13 year old girl than I originally thought I was.

Exactly. I hate facebook for that, I only have 50 or so friends, people who I actually speak with on a daily basis. My ex now posts extremely mean things about me on her facebook. It doesn't bother me though...
I really dislike the Buffalo restaurant scene. We just have the most uninspired menus I've ever seen in my entire life. It's always:
Protein X, Starch Y, with Vegetable Z
I spent about two hours yesterday looking through menus and found two dishes (out of about 20 restaurants) that seemed interesting to me. I don't see why I should have to spend $50 per person to get an interesting meal. Pasta dishes in particular are just boring, random noodle you can buy in tops with MAYBE one protein in red sauce possibly with cream.
Also, not a single restaurant serving an appealing risotto dish. And we wonder why everybody goes to Olive garden.

*Disclaimer 1: I say this purely as my opinion.
*Disclaimer 2: I say this as someone who has been cooking my entire life and in my humble opinion, I'm pretty damn good at it.
*Disclaimer 3: I'm not a "foodie" so if that is the angle you are taking with this I guess it's all moot.
There is your problem right there. You don't have to go to the $50 restaurants around here to get amazing food. You can get amazing food going to a locally owned place and spend $15 a plate and get just as good of food as you would get in a higher end restaurant in a major city.
(Yes I know I broke the unwritten rule but at least I waited until intermission)

That's why Buffalo needs a http://www.tiltedkilt.com/ I offered to front the setup costs of one for my family to run but my sister threw the kibosh on it.

I ate at one of those when I was in Orlando last summer. Nice burger, good beer selection.
Playing in a $55 deep stack poker tournament at the casino tomorrow at 10:00am.
Come home after that and do a few things around the house and then my brother's monthly home game is tomorrow night.
Saturday I'll have some errands to run during the morning and then the usual Saturday routine of Tae Kwon Do, grocery shopping and we have my son's Tae Kwon Do Banquet tomorrow evening.

I'm not really sure what you're trying to say. The part you bolded I was saying I SHOULDN'T have to go to the $50 restaurants, but they are the only ones who offer a menu that is remotely interest. You said it was my problem but then you agreed with me.

That does look pretty good, but that still leaves a ton of places that just aren't very interesting.
The exception is Orchard Park. There's a few places in the village that I actually like (David's, Mangia's, both of them are run by my dads former employees), but if I'm driving to OP from North Buffalo I'm just gonna hit up my dad's place, where I can order whatever the hell I want.

I guess I don't know what you consider interesting in a menu. I was trying to say that in my opinion you can get a better menu and better food in a $15 place than in a $50 place.

Well I would like to think so, but there isn't a place north of the city that had anything that interested me. I really like Salvatores but anytime I take somebody out to eat I pay the entire bill (broke friends ) so dropping $100 on a casual dinner isn't something I enjoy.
Maybe I have boring taste buds but I like foods ranging from Mighty Taco, to Moe's, to Five Guys, to Olive Garden, to Eastern Pearl, to Tandoori's, to Carabbas, to Left Bank, to Salvatore's and back to Wegmans prepared foods section
I never ever have issues finding something interesting to try.

Duffs, Anchor Bar, Ted's has been fueling me for 8 months.
Those aren't what I consider restaurants.
Duff's and Anchor bar are vastly overrated. Duff's wings are terrible, Anchor bar is okay but expensive and that place is a dump. They also have an annoying sense of entitlement, I think the waitress spent more time telling us ways we could order or wings than we spent giving our order.
